We were very disappointed in this property. We were only staying fir a quick night but our room stated it was non-smoking but it was most definitely a room that had been smoked in recently. The bed was comfortable but it smelled so bad it was not a relaxing night.
We did not expect a 4 star hotel but we do expect the bedding not to have burn holes in it. The room was overall clean. The check in process was efficient but they did not tell us any information regarding amenities so we did not find out until the next morning that there was no breakfast even though the website advertised it. Overall a budget hotel.
Discourteous staff. I didn’t feel my reasonable requests were met with a courteous response, especially when I was looking for simply a quiet environment when other people were not around.
Clean, safe environment and friendly staffs. The only problem kinda slow Wi-fi.
Close to gas station. Centralized in the city so easy to get to other places reasonably quick.

The staff was welcoming and kind. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the towels nice and soft, and everything was clean. After staying at several Super 8 hotels recently, I can say that this was definitely one of the better ones.
Staff was especially helpful and friendly. Hassle free. The room was clean. It wasn't a resort but it was a safe and comfortable place to rest and that was exactly what I wanted. It is also very near the interstate, easy to find, and walking distance to several restaurants. Free breakfast with an adequate array of choices.
Just stayed one night...needed a place that was easy to get in and out of. I checked in a little early and the staff did a great job still getting me in my room within 15 minutes. Very polite staff.
Screwed up reservation and got smoking room. Awful. Awful. No elevators. Bed was twenty tears old. Comforter was dirty. Pillows were old. Room was dirty
nothing surprising, really close to highway, ok room, ok staff.
After na long plane trip I was tired and was greeted warmly, staff is excellent. Room very comfortable. Would definately stay again if in the area.
Three day stay over a weekend. Given fact that this is an economical choice our stay was surprisingly comfortable. We were without a microwave but were two doors down from kitchen area so did not request one for the room. Room was clean and tidy, staff were accommodating and friendly. For this price I would stay again although my travels will likely not bring me back to Cedar Rapids.
Easy to find location. Not far from Walmart and other shopping. Didn't need the pillow cases and sheets I brought just in case. Room was very clean and comfy. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was a little sparse. Excellent value for the money.
