The surrounding area are dirty they're not safe The room is dirty and smelly the air-conditioned was off the room was hot it took about 6 hours to cool off the bed was very old and uncomfortable this hotel out of date it needs a total renovation it wasn't worth the money at all

DO NOT STAY HERE! ZERO STARS. I checked in with my daughter and friend. The room was ok for the price and barely ok at that. We spend time watching tv and the retire for the night. With in an hour my daughter wakes me and says she has been bitten multiple times. . They had bed bugs in her bed. Room 103. We immediately packed everything including throwing away her clothes that she wore to bed and anything else that was on her bed out of caution. I packed the car up and went to the front desk.the attitude was bad. No service. In terms of resolving this. I checked out. Then when I called back after we checked into the new hotel. I was told no refund was issued due to the fact I didn't bring a manager to the room. Disgusting. Also be aware of the clientele that stay for longer term at this place. Also refused refund!!!! Again DO NOT STAY HERE. If you dont find the bed bugs in the first 20 minutes. You will not get a refund.

The front desk lady Chrissy is awesome but the hotel is in terrible condition and should be renovated or closed down.

BEDBUGS!!!!! STAY AWAY. I have many bedbug bites and when i told them about it they just brushed me off and said they would let the manager know. Their continental breakfast is a joke, hars bouled eggs were have gone due to improper cooking and peeling.

Pictures on outside appear ok but when you go to the inside it is beyond anything I imagine. Did not look safe at all. will not stay again.

Friendly fast front desk. Large clean rooms. It is a budget hotel with fridge n microwave in each room. Small outdoor pool. There ia a package store sports bar attached if that bothers anyone. My room was fairly close to it and I didnt hear anything. Nonsmoking rooms are well separated from smoking rooms. Good for overnight or few day stays.

It was a nice hotel for the price. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, and waffles for the hot stuff. Cereal, apples, and honey buns for cold stuff. They just had a hard time keeping things full though but it was good. The hot water could be hotter and the pressure could be a little better.

I had a good still and i had good time they had swim pool and it was nice

My non smoking room smelled like smoke to an extent my clothes smelled of smoke from just being in the room. Cheaper if you book directly or walkin. Area is not the safest.

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay. You will be paying less than $100/night so you should not expect much luxury or freebies. The included breakfast was a mix of hot and cold and perfectly good. There were times when there was no one manning the front desk but they didn't seem to last too long. Definitely, I would recommend this lodging for one night.

Room was not well cleaned, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was poor. Hot things served from open crockpots...questionably safe temps and minimal chouces.

Very nice. The staff were friendly and very prompt when accommodating us. They made our stay comfortable, especially after such a long ride.

Room smelled, towels were very worn and thin, floor felt dirty to walk on. Bed was comfortable though. Very noisy location.

Guest satisfaction is always our primary concern. Please accept our apologies for failing to meet your expectations. We have a pest control provider come monthly for preventive purposes and our rooms should be pest free. Rest assured, we have contacted our pest control provider to look into this matter and schedule additional services based on the results. Since the reservation was prepaid, the hotel would not be able to give a refund directly back onto your credit card, since the room was purchased through a 3rd party booking agency. Please contact the booking agency the room was reserved through regarding your refund request. Once the booking agency contacts us, we can proceed forward with your request. Once again, we apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay with us. We are always looking for feedback from our guests to help improve upon our services

We apologize you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We do have Terminix come every month for preventative purposes of any pests, so our rooms are treated and should be pest free. Rest assured, management has contacted our pest control provider to look into this matter and schedule additional services based on the results.
