Rugs and walls are very old and stained. AC was down two of three nights. Unable to provide batteries to power thermostat after request, did not get enough towels, unable to obtain a second set of towels all day after being placed on a ‘waiting list’. Soda vending machines out of stock, vandalized in every floor. Cigarette and marijuana smells coming through the vents. Unable to make phone calls for service because phone was broken (bad dial pad). Hotel room door was not secure, gap between door and frame allowed light to be seen from inside. TV remote did not work either. Parking is $10 per day for the backlot.
Affordable, convienent. Not very clean, a bit broken down.
Staff was great. Shuttle and shuttle staff were great (and timely). Unfortunately, the facility was dilapidated and looked run down. And the common areas smelled bad (like old cigarette smoke).
Need air conditioner and clean carpet it’s smells I left the room I didn’t got my full money only $30:00 I want full refund

Not my first time staying here but definitely My last.
Rooms were OK, but everything else was terrible. Really? Limiting King rooms to one set of towels even though we were two? No coffee? Not answering the phone. Everything broken. Outside parking was a trash heap.
Parking was super sketchy. Waited in the lobby for over 20min with a line of about 5 people in front of us. While waiting, multiple guests already checked in came down to complain about their rooms being dirty or not being cleaned when asked. Several sketchy “couples” in and out of the elevator and arguing in the lobby. By the time I got to the desk I decided this wasn’t worth risking our safety and told the reception we wouldn’t be staying. I understood the cancellation policy and just told them we would just forfeit the room but he kept asking for me credit card. Reception was not at all rude or unfriendly but seemed overwhelmed with limited help and not very good customer communication . Unfortunately I would not recommend .
Pros: Close to Oakland airport. Bus goes from airport to hotel. Good value. Cons: facility not maintained well (thou my room was fine overall), some guests are rude and foul-mouthed to staff.
