This place is a dump. Horrible customer service. GM is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
It seemed like no $ have been reinvested. It is a potentially nice propery, but carpet was tired and worn. I had a leak in my bedroom from water on a floor above. Staff used a toweland wiped it up and said it should be okay. But water come rising from under the tiles. I had to ask for a room change to be safe drom slipping. It seems that should have benn their idea. Next roon , the phone didnt work, the remote had tape holding the batteries in as the back was missing, and the room had a missing light bulb and another burnt out. Staff was nice but slow to respond.
The room and bed were very comfortable. Great TV reception. Very, very disappointed with breakfast not included. Hotels at this price level should have breakfast. Will not stay here again.
Front desk associate was rude and condescending will not stay at this property again

I stayed in the exterior close to the pool but felt like it was a motel. Don’t like exterior not having elevators and when asked if we wanted to be close to pool I said yes but was unaware it was outside. Never had any towels and wash cloths always had to ask for some. Rooms were smal, no closet, microwave or etc
The property was nice, we had problem with our room the ceiling had water bubble leakage on the ceiling, the bed was squeaking every time we turn, the shower sprayed water out.

If you have a pet you will be forced to use old rooms in back…found dirty, stained sheets with a hair on it. Will not ever stay here again
The room met the minimum requirements necessary for me to stay overnight (e.g. reasonably clean, moderately comfortable bed, good quality internet which worked, location near hospital where family member was). However, the room was extremely too noisy and light shines through huge gaps between public hallway & door. Kindly note that my room entry door was located across from the elevator on 4th level, which had a 0.75 thru 1 inch gap between floor & door, as well as another gap on vertical side about 1.5 feet from floor between the door & frame, which allowed ALL sounds and lighting to enter my room throughout the entire night.

I like the hotel. Great location. My room wasn’t stocked with soap or shampoo.
Enjoyed my stay. Only point that needed a little attention is the lack of pressure on shower. I’d stay there again.
There are better hotel options in the area that would be cleaner, more professional, not smell like chlorine, and have an HVAC rhat would not only “cool” but take moisture out of the air. Choose one of those.
