Staff was wonderful!!
Terrible breakfast. Nobody at front desk at night to take care of noisy guests in the courtyard from 1 to 7 am
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy
Noise from other rooms was annoying.
Doors have overly aggressive closing mechanisms, resulting in slamming (if not held to prevent it) that could be heard throughout the floor, and even on other floors.
Everything was great thanks
Generally have a favorable view of Courtyard hotels. This location was convenient and clean but the staff lacked any enthusiasm for their job bordering on rude behavior when I asked about coffee available in the morning. Will continue to stay at Courtyard but will avoid this location.
- The mini-fridge in the room was not working due to faulty power. I called when I checked in. Maintenance came by to adjust the power supply, which activated the cold mechanism for the first two hours, but when I tried to activate it again before bed it no longer worked. - One of the hangers in the closet was broken (the clip was non-functional). - The tub was draining very slowly. Water started building up as I showered. - Finally, the room location next to the stairwell, and the upstairs neighbors, were an absolute nightmare. I heard footfalls, doors opening and closing, and people running up and down the stairs for the majority of the early part of the night (10pm-2am). I contacted the front desk at 1:30am and they said they would investigate. The noise continued at least another hour, including voices shouting outside near the stairwell entrance. This led to a terrible nights' sleep for me. I have been very pleased with Marriotts in the past but this was honestly an awful experience, when all I was looking for was a solid night's sleep while traveling south to deal with a family matter in Florida.
Booked online. Got to the hotel only to find out they were at capacity. I was given their last double occupancy room which I was warned had a smell of cologne. When we got into the room it was as if someone dumped the three or four bottles of cologne over the entire carpet. Very difficult to sleep with that strong of an odor. But with the hotel being full there were no alternatives.
Beds we're perfect. No breakfast though. Heater in room 114 made a loud vibration noise when it was on so some had trouble sleeping.
Clean, friendly, easy on and off 75. Starbucks coffee!😃
We had a very good time over there. Adam was friendly and assist us during stay. One thing we miss a microwave and refrigerator. We expect as a family room we will get this. Alas we request them before.
not that clean for a marriott. needs upgrades. breakfast didn't have enough food and was not good.
need more space in the room. Need free coffee in the lobby.
