Set in a beautiful natural environment with breakfast of awesome breads and fresh honey! After you get to know the location, it is not that far from everywhere. Dirk and Pam gave us great suggestions where to go too! Water takes a while to warm up, otherwise it’s a wonderful room! Thank you to our great hosts - Dirk, Pam and Bella the Labradoodle!
DIRK & PAM...and of course Director of FURst impressions Bella the Gumnut Queen welcomed us for our 2 day stay with a sincere and accommodating warmth. Dirk has an abundant knowledge of the area and can answer ALL your questions and take on his little suggested deviations to your planned journey some little gems there!! The rooms are spacious clean as too was the ensuite..well appointed and homely. The Continental breakfast was lavish with so much to choose from that we didnt even entertain the hot options. Coffee and tea options were plentiful..and the common large lounge area a nice comfortable space to chill after a day out, though we never used it seeing our days were so jam packed we collapsed in the bed. Perfectly posistioned close too but far enough away from Town(5min) and off the main tourist route Caves Rd. We were about to book another night but decide to go further south. Exceptionally well priced and appointed accommodation dont look any further its perfect!!...already multiple recommendations to others and we will be back!❤ Jo and Paul (Melbourne) Thank You once again Dirk & Pam...Bella🐶
I Would recommend this lovely BnB for anyone to stay at whilst passing through Margaret River. Beautiful hosts, very friendly Labradoodle. Great selection for breakfast, incl: Home Made selection of breads, fresh fruit, fresh home collected honey. The Spa was also great and rooms are very private. Very helpful with suggesting what to do whilst we were in and around margaret river.
We had limited time and the propery's location just off Caves Road and the nicely appointed room worked out just perfect for us. The property is very quiet inn a lovely bush setting about 5mins outside the Margaret River township. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious including's Dirks home made breads. Dirk also gave some great tips for our ongoing journey.
We booked in late and were the only couple staying at this B&B. It is fairly well located to access the attractions in and around Margaret River. The guest wing is purpose built for the B&B with a nice sized room with patio and a large ensuite with spa. The hosts are very accommodating and keen to share hints for the best places to visit. The breakfast was a lovely spread of fruits, yoghurt, home made breads, cereals and more. Honey is made on the property and the muesli slice was delicious. We would stay here again.
Beautiful property just 5 mins or so away from the central Margaret river area. Stayed here for 2 nights. You can’t go wrong staying here. Rooms are cute with a rustic charm, all the privacy of a hotel with all the charm of a bed and breakfast. Continental breakfast includes fresh baked breads baked on the property by the missus. We didn’t do the tour, as we had been to Margaret river before however the owner Dirk was super helpful and knowledgeable every time we talked to him. Would definitely recommend this place to others. :) Thanks dirk, Pam (and Bella!)
When our cruise ship stopped in Busselton we scheduled a full day tour with Dirk Hos from Scenic Nature Tours. Although we were on limited time ashore, Dirk managed to show us the many attractions of the area which was really important to us. I only wish we would have had more time there as there is much to see and do. One of the highlights of the day was having lunch prepared by his wife Pam at their Bed and Breakfast property. All the homemade breads were delicious as was the chicken salad, fruits and wine. Because my husband is allergic to nuts, Pam graciously fixed him a special meal. Thank you Dirk and Pam for a wonderful day in Margaret River.
Stayed for one night in late April. The hosts Dirk & Pam (and Bella) were extremely welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was top notch and the outside area serene. The morning breakfast well exceeded expectations and had loads of variety. Dirk went through the different foods including his home honey! Would highly recommend the stay above any hotel. We did one day nature tour with Dirk and loved it. We visited so many places and saw so many things and Dirk was so attentive and knowledgeable and extremely nice so enjoyed! He took us to see a beautiful Karri tree Forrest, a few gorgeous beaches , we fed stingrays, smelled coffee and teas from around the world and tried chocolates , did a nature walks and ate lunch at boutique winery , and more. Really will recommend this tour if you want a small group and personal attention. Thank you Dirk so much !
We stayed two nights in this peaceful setting. Our hosts had helpful suggestions for places to see. The rooms are well appointed and the bath tub sensational. The continetal breakfast had a range to choose from with home baked bread. The pumpkin was my favourite. The Great room was very comfortable.
