Clean, but needs repairs/upgrades

The condo was clean, but it needs major repairs. First of all, when we walked in the smell of where there had been major water damage hit us in the face. It was horrible. We had to go & get candles to get the smell out. If you have breathing problems, you will not be able to breathe in there. There is a big leak under the kitchen sink, which evidently was known about bc there was something to catch it with, bathtub would not drain well so when you took a shower you stood in almost ankle deep water, the blinds that looked out over the pool did not want to open. The unit has a nice washer/dryer in the unit & it’s decorated really nice. The owners have done a lot to make you feel welcome, everything you need is there. Maybe it’s the condo rental place that has not done the repairs as they should?!?!?
