Transient boat docks are available, via office, on a first come first served basis. This family oriented unit has a Queen air mattress as well as a Queen Air Dreams sofa sleeper. An ice machine. Coffee pot and single serving Keurig. The bathroom is handicap accessible with shower & handrails. There is an electric George Foreman grill located on the lanai. This is a smoke free condo, but smoking is allowed on the lanai.
