Spacious three seasons room in back of home, perfect for relaxing. The main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed, and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom two includes two twin beds. Bedroom three has 4 separate twin beds. The full bath upstairs contains a stall shower.
Large kitchen with modern amenities. Rental includes access to television, DVD player, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and full-sized washer and dryer in a large laundry room. Maximum occupancy is 10. Off-street parking for 5 cars. No pets or smoking allowed.
