*there was only 1 bus per day per airport. For taco you had to wait for 20 min abd its about 45€ to get to the sighseeing places * the aink in the bathroom was clogged since we settled in the room. No shampoo or hair conditioner. * food options are limited. Breakfast starts at 7am but its inly continental. Very limited. We were leaving early morning and wanted to have a good vreakfast since its All Inclusive, but no, they said only at 7.30am, not a minute earlier. *we arrived to hotel at 12pm. There were no food besides a couple of snacks and drinks. How is it All Inclusive?

Our family of 4 loved this hotel. It is geared towards a French speaking crowd and the kids learned “bonjour” and “merci” pretty quick. If you can get past everyone speaking French, including the activities, this place is awesome. Check-in was fast and friendly (and in English!). The hotel is sprawled out over a huge area. Our room was on the 4th floor of the main building. We were facing the beach. The beach area was clean and umbrellas kept us in the shade. The water was so refreshing! The hotel has 2 pools. We used the one away from the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves in the pool, too. Towels are available with a 10 Euro deposit. The price of the hotel includes breakfast, lunch (everyday plus day of arrival), dinner, snacks, and drinks. There was plenty of food! It was difficult to not find something to eat.... there were so many choices! The food was good and the employees kept everything clean and stocked. There are two restaurants to choose from. They both serve the same food each evening, but the menu changes every day! This hotel was a great value for our family as an all-inclusive. My only complaints are out of the control of the hotel. I guess the French smoke more than other places. There were ash trays everywhere and people were smoking everywhere. Our room was nonsmoking but it definitely reeked of cigarette smoke. There were also lots of wasps by the pool. I would stay here again.
Staff was very helpful and willing to answer questions. Everyone was polite and friendly. The food at the buffet was okay. The Wi-Fi was awful. One can hardly log on it only if you were in the lobby. It was programmed to log you off if you weren’t using it and I spent so much time just trying to log back on. For a tourist that needs to do research of different places to visit not having a reliable wi-fi became a BIG issue. Overall for the exception of the Wi-Fi, I liked the atmosphere, family friendly resort, beach is right outside with plenty of activity to keep you enjoying the day.
The only problem I see this hotel has too many French speaking people.
(Americans) Awesome staff speaks great english, and treated my family of 4 great! All-inclusive is the way to go! Food was great kids loved it. (Not much in the local area to eat/do) Athens isn't too far away thats where all the fun is. I would definitely come back!
This is my first time to Greece. The Hotel was excellent choice. Service were great. Staff were nice and helpful. They speak English. Food were awesome. Rooms are clean with nice balcony beach front. There is entertainment every night. Nice and clean beach. There is bus every day can take you to Athens for nominal price. Hotel price were reasonable. I consider going again. I strongly recommend this hotel. You will find all what you need.
