I don’t like the services to expensive place for the poor services I don’t recommend to go this hotel

I thought the people there were very nice. I thought the staff (for the most part did a really good job) However, we went multiple days without our room being cleaned although we went to a manager on it. We were told if we upgraded to Premium, we would get a bottle of tequila and a bottle of wine, and we didn't, and the thing that bothered my wife the most was the coldest you could get the room down to was 25C or ~75F. We had to go out and buy a fan. I think we expected a very good experience, and what we got I think was really good for Manzanillo, but maybe not what we were looking for.

I didn't like the cleanes in my bathroom

It was ok except for being a vip costumer I was supposed to be able to check in at noon and didn’t get the room until 3:00pm and there was no upgrade as far as I am concerned

Great service, friendly staff

This was my third time in this place and so far it was my worst experience. I finally was able to afford a room with sea view and i got only partial view room. According per staff, none of the rooms have full sea view only partial. When I reserved the room it said sea view not partial sea view. I told them if I wasn’t getting sea view to just give me back the extra money I paid for sea view and to put me in a room w just garden view. They said they couldn’t downgraded my room. I traveled with my cousin and he only paid for garden view and he got his room in the same location as mine and didn’t have to pay extra as i did for “sea view.” They “upgraded” me to a premium room which it was just two floors up and two rooms over my first room so it was just the same view just partial sea view. The “premium” room needed some maintenance. The balcony’s door screen was broken. The bathroom door was broken. One of the sinks was broken. Later on, I realized the lamps needed lightbulbs. Staff was friendly except for the lady serving snacks next to the beach. I usually go and order for the rest of our group, so my order was two hotdogs and hamburger and she seemed upset probably because I ordered three different items. The buffet restaurant was under construction, so we had to dined outdoors and share tables with other guests. Food was okay. They only have 1-2 staff doing check ins and it can take a while. I feel cheated because I didn’t get the view i paid for.

We were in the area just for 2 days and this hotel was a perfect getaway for us. We had “prime” all inclusive and enjoyed the “prime “ bar with snacks and excellent drinks. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The Mexican restaurant was amazing , they treated us like royalty. We will definitely come back.

The faucets on the washbasins were to short and it was very difficult to wash ones hands. Also, the cold water pressure fluctuated to the point where there was no cold water flowing at all (very annoying when taking a shower).

The pools were nice. What we did not like was: 1. Waiting in long lines to have breakfast, 2. Only having two options of restaurants to eat from, 3. The snack area running out of food, 4. Servers indicated they were understaffed in serving drinks in pool areas therefore drinks were hardly an option, 5. Checking in to the resort took about two hours, 6. Waiters in the restaurants would constantly forget to bring our drinks, 7. We had to move rooms three times, this was frustrating, 8. The resort did not offer the COVID test so we had to leave back to the airport to acquire it.

Everything was good except the food specialist he desert bad bad bad

The housekeeping is top. The reception, the bell captain and his crew excellent. The wifi is a complex system difficult to access. The Staff is unable to help at least in English. This has been the weak point of this hotel for years.
