Great views and ocean breezes are afforded from the combined kitchen, dining and lounge room.

There are three bedrooms two of which have queen beds and the third with a bunk and a single.

Bed linen and towels provided.

The main bathroom has a corner bathtub, shower and toilet and there is an en suite off one of the queen bedroom suites with another shower and toilet.

There is an additional outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

In the kitchen is an Expressi coffee machine (capsules can be bought at Aldi) dishwasher, microwave, oven and cook top along with a large fridge freezer.

The lounge room has a comfy sofa, smart Tv and a gas heater.

The rear deck has great views is partially undercover and has a gas bbq.

Off street parking.

Bendalong Store and Cafe a 15 min walk or 2 minute drive.

The Deli at Cunjurong Point is close to Green Island for coffee and takeaway also.

Tennis and basketball courts, soccer field and skate park at Manyana but must bring own equipment.

Beautiful spot that needs some TLC

Stayed in Sea la Vie with family (5 adults and a toddler) for seven mostly rainy days. We enjoyed the budgies and the magpies in the morning along with the stunning views. There is a lot of space, except for the ensuite in the second bedroom (changing those hooks might solve one of the problems - the towels kept falling on the ground). If a dryer is too much of a stretch, a second (and maybe even a third) drying rack would be handy for those rainy days. The lines outside the house were unfortunately useless for us. Might need to change the listing - the microwave is in the laundry, not in the kitchen (which is by the way very well equipped). All up we had a great time. If the place was cleaner when we arrived we would've had a much better experience.

Lovely ocean view

The ocean view was amazing even on rainy days. The property is pretty dated. The bedroom configuration was good as we were 2 couples. Kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was good. The negatives were that the BBQ was not clean at all. The wood fire was falling apart. The additional firewood was not available as indicated due to the gate being locked and not accessible. We mentioned these things to the letting agent and she didn’t seem very concerned which was disappointing. The cobwebs were still there so that issue had not been addressed from a previous review. Property could do with some TLC.

Amazing views, perfect location and clean & tidy

The views from the balcony are amazing to watch the sunrise and/or as we saw the moon rising - looked amazing (big orange ball). Bedrooms were perfect configuration for us and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen easy to use and lots of equipment, 3 large lounges to accomodate many people. Easy walk to beach and lovely walk over to Bendalong. Perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families. Ray White easy to deal with allowed us a later check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Fabulous ocean views

We’ve stayed in this house several times. It’s a well designed beach house with a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean. The living areas are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped.

Lovely getaway, and generous hosts

This property is beautiful, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable- everything one would need for an enjoyable holiday. The property manager is very warm, friendly and helpful. The only con was that the floors were dirty and there were plenty of cobwebs and spiders about. Not a deal breaker though. Overall a very pleasant trip, thank you!

Picture perfect!!

Obviously the views were a major drawcard and we were not disappointed. The house is large enough to accommodate family of four and is clean and tidy with all the cons you would expect to enjoy a very relaxing week away.
