Bottom level has a bedroom, bathroom and laundry, games room and undercover BBQ area.

Middle level is where the kitchen, dining plus two bedrooms are.

The upper level offers a lounge room with fireplace, balcony, fourth bedroom and bathroom.

The beaches and surf are jewels of the South coast.

Milton farmer's market, cafes and BoHo shopping are a short drive away.

There are plenty of winery and restaurant options in the surrounding areas.

Walks and riding to places that include historic Monument Beach and Conjola National Park.

Visit Arthur Boyd's artist studio at Bundanon with a picnic.

Or simply relax on the deck with book and a glass of wine in the sun!

There is plenty of room for the pets to run free in an enclosed yard. No pets allowed inside.

Manyana is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday with shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.

At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.

No frills which suits us just fine

This is our second time staying and we had a great time. Love the table tennis table, the location and house suits our needs. It’s not fancy but that is perfect for us. We had an issue with a possum party in the roof on rainy nights but the agent is proactively trying to get them out .

Great price , great location, very comfortable

Accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. Mattress protecters could have done with a wash but we just turned them over. Tv reception was not the best but there was plenty of games and a ping pong / pool table to keep us occupied of a night. Very quiet street and such a short walk to the beach. Communication with real estate was superb and they made it so easy. I would stay here again

We had such a lovely few days in Manyana. The house is located an easy walk to the beach, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and is well equipped with kids games beach toys - which were greatly appreciated! The kitchen is one of the best equipped we’ve stayed at - it had everything.

Layout of bedrooms and living spaces ideal for families and groups, including undercover outdoor patio. Well equipped kitchen. Fully enclosed backyard. BBQ was unable to be used at all due to rust which is a shame as we were counting on it. May be a bit hot on summer especially top bedroom and no air con. Easy walk to the beach. Good off street parking.
