This establishment was nasty and disgusting. There were homeless sleeping outside and there were tons of bugs before we even entered the parking lot. Also we were on a phone call and there were a swarm of random bugs on our windshield. My daughter and I were terrified. We decided the establishment wasn’t worth the money so we decided to stay elsewhere. Horrible, nasty, disgusting all of the above. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE.

Property is old and needs a lot of renovations. Smelled smoky in areas. Room was ok but this place is run down.

Very thin walls. Late night/ early morning activity, voices, laughing stomping around. It sounded like there was a smallish gathering at 3:30 A.M. There were quite a few people hanging around outside with the desk clerk, seemingly just staying around for the evening. It seemed very suspicious as to why a group of people were just sitting in lawn chairs with the staff.

TV didn’t work. Very run down and is more like a 1 star hotel.

The manager is an excellent customer service personnel.

Expected a budget hotel, got less than that somehow. Staff were friendly from the little interaction we had. Room was tolerable. Nothing jumped out as being nasty, but the shower head did look like it had mold growing in the crevices of the front. The bathroom and room just felt very old and beaten down. Tv and appliances are laughably small. Booked a double bed for 3 people, yet they still only had towels for 2 provided. Room door was very hard to close fully, we even discovered it hadn't latched one time we left and came back to being able to push it open. Door coming into the building near our room didn't close short of taking 5 minutes for the little stopper to allow it to, letting in a lot of cold air. Overall it worked for a night on a budget, but I certainly wouldn't stay here if I was planning on actually being in the room much. We just used it as a pit stop for a 5 hour drive to the twin cities and to crash at on the way home after a concert. Location is decent but I'll probably pass over it next time to find something that's been updated since the 80's.

When I arrived at the hotel, they had my valid reservation but no room for me, since they had overbooked. They did find another hotel in the area, but no offer of compensation for the hassle.

The staff were wonderfully helpful kind and friendly

if your looking for a cheap place to stay this is it, free breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, clean room, free WIFI

There was a bar of soap from the last people left in the shower

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, there was alot of noise throughout the night in the hallways, it was No where near being worth what I paid for it. I felt ripped off.

Clean and comfortable. A good value. That is all I have to say.

Although the experience was not horrible, the hotel does have some flaws, such as an odor throughout the halls that is a bit appalling, stained sheets and pillow cases. The front desk staff are very, very slow at check in, needing to go back and forth from one computer to another at least 5 times during the check in process. The location is in the North Mankato area and security of vehicles in parking lot is questionable. If you are looking I r a cheap spot to sleep, you won't go wrong, but if you are looking for anything more, you would be better suited elsewhere.

Super 8 is good for the price. Really nice bathroom. TV is kinda small.

The only thing that I would recommend as an improvement would be that there be more variety on the Continental breakfast. Everything else was up to par.

Good for the price compared to other hotels around
