Very average hotel. Biggest problem is location. Very noisy because of street traffic with cars continuously blowing their horns. Hot water in shower pretty much non existent. Luke warm 90% of the time. Okay overall for the price but if noise and street chaos bother you I would probably recommend paying a little more and heading elsewhere (and yes I have been to quieter, nicer places in Manila!)

I stayed here for two nights. I had the hotel arrange a pickup for me from the airport in Manila. The driver was great. He met me right outside the terminal, no problems. I also used the hotel service for my trip back to Manila, also, no problems. The room itself is nice, very comfortable. Nice desk area to work. The bathroom has glass walls so you can see the whole room when you're showering, but it also has a curtain if you want privacy. I thought this was quite nice. The bar on the roof has great views of the city.

I stayed for one night. The locations is nice. It was a 5 minute walk to the Mall of Asia. Staff there wete very pleasant. The room was small and everything at breakfast was cold.

Given a room that was refused by someone else. Bugs in refrigerator, dirty, no one follows thru just give to next person. Once moved and upgraded was ok. Good location if you like a casino and hookers

The staff was very nice and my room was clean and comfortable.

Staff are very good and helpful from Check-In and Check-Out of the Hotel. Except the counter Staff are kind of Stuck Up to local citizens, unless you are a foreign individuals you are treated like special. You cant blame them anyway that's the culture out there. Easy access to all places you want from Casinos to night Life.

I stayed in this hotel because it is near to my family for them to visit me while on my vacation. We get together in one of the near places and this hotel is very easy access to everything you want to do. This hotel is fair and I will recommend this to my friends if they ask me.

Hotel is okey. They can used a new bedding. Hardly had an amenities in the room.I am not impress with the front desk Employees.I ask them to wake me up @ certain time no body did.I have a hard time calling them. The only good thing about this Hotel it is close to Shopping Mall.

I booked a non smoking room and my flight got in late and I checked in after midnight too tired to complain when they gave me a smoking room. It made me sick to my stomach and breath labored in the morning. When I woke up to try the Wifi it did not work. The front desk said it was broken and they could not fix it until possibly later in the day when an IT person came it So my 5am to 9am planned work time online was ruined before I needed to get the the airport for my next flight. I complained at the front desk and was offered nothing and I suggested perhaps I could have a glass of juice and a piece of fruit at the breakfast buffet as compensation but was told NO. All I got was a Sorry Sir

Overall its pretty good. Good polite staff. Location not far from tourist spots but was always hassled by several people as soon as you walk outside for money and whatever else

The place was great, so accesible with everything. Close to robinsons mall, US embassy and nightlife. It was nice and neat place to stay.

Terrible stay. No water for the first day, only cold one for the other. I paid for a Superior Room received Deluxe Room. No more stay in Executive Plaza!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and 3 week old daughter and the staff was very helpful. When they saw we had a baby they did what they could to give us a room that was best suited for a newborn without us asking for anything. All the staff that we dealt with were very accommodating and helpful. If we ever plan another trip to Manila I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel markets itself to business travelers, but the wifi went down hotel-wide (rooms and lobby) at about 8 PM and didn't come back up until 9 AM the next day. The front desk staff told me that they couldn't get' a tech to come fix it until then. Maybe there are no 24-hour internet tech services in Manila, but I doubt it, in the capital of a nation of 100 million. When I asked where I could get wifi, they couldn't help. I ended up going to a competing hotel and getting a cup of coffee and wifi in their cafe, which was lovely. I wouldn't stay at Executive Plaza again.

Very good hotel for Manila ! Close to Mall and other places
