Very friendly and approachable ng mga employees dito. the rooms are very affordable yet very really clean and great! Highly recommended! yung videoke rooms naman dito lang ako nakakita ng ganun ka mura. Iba kayo rooms498! 5 stars for you!
it's ideal for budget conscious travelers who look for a place just to sleep over. It's a daily room rental and not a hotel. So don't expect much. They can accommodate group travelers. In fact we're 6 in our room - that's a lot of savings! Rooms are with hot showers but no complementary towels and toiletries. Good thing they have a 24-hour mini-store and canteen in the lobby, though there are convenience stores in the vicinity. Location is great, transportation is always available going to MRT Boni (or EDSA) and Stop&Shop (Sta Mesa).
Pretty thumbs up for the cleanliness of this building. The guy at the reception area is not friendly. They gave us Room 311 and I find the room too small, aircon is not working and the room smell like someone smoked inside. You have your own toilet inside your room, but it has no sink, water is low, no pail and toiletries are at cost. The TV is mounted on a table only and you can't barely move around your room because it's too small. Plus, it's too far from the elevator. Room with a private toilet for two costs PhP1120 per day at the time of our stay. You have to rent the towel and charge you for linen change. There is no free wifi too even within the common area. Good thing here is, you have to pay for the PhP100 voucher consumable of foods in their canteen and you have stay for 24 hours already. This room rental building is ideal for backpackers. Staff service should improve especially in the reception area. I hate the guy there, he didn't even give me an Official Receipt of our stay. Parking comes with a fee and a guard will be there to take charge of the vehicles. They have parking OR which is a plus points.
We just had our Christmas party today at these place. When I made a reservation yesterday, upon entering the vicinity the ambiance is pleasant it looks clean and still new unfortunately the reception/cashier/waiter is the only one at the reception area, that is why I was not accommodated immediately, he is the only one at the reception and I really pity him because he is trying too hard to accommodate everybody even the customers who are ordering their food. His table/office/cashier is a mess you could really see that it is not organized and the other staff looks tired and frustrated. I really hope that they have a radio system that they can use to contact the other staff, so that they won't be tired in going up and down the stairs just to check the rooms/clean the rooms. On the day of our party, we where not informed that they transferred our room, When we went upstairs the room that they have transferred us was a larger room and the airconditioning is good and they even have an asahi rotating fan to keep the room cooler. Unfortunately at that time at 9:00 am, they don't have water and the sink is still dirty. I informed them immediately that there is no water and asked them to please open the water and it took some time before they got us the water, until the finally had water in their faucet. The videoke system and airconditioning is very good.
Great place to stay! Very affordable I am a single traveler and i stayed two nights at the room in the new building. I am visiting my friends in Manila before heading to Palawan. The location is convenient and the food was pretty good for me. I had pork Sisig, they said its a Filipino favorite. Aircon is good..makes room cold. There is a sign that says they are not a hotel but room rentals.. So thats why they dont offer those regular hotel services. But for the low price it was definitely worth the stay. Other places charge so much to eat food on the hotel site.. But here i got a full meal for less than 3usd Recommend
We stayed for 2 nights and we got the promo of 365 pesos per person. There was no elevator so it was hard for us to carry our things back and forth as we were situated at the 3rd floor. There were a lot of attendants but none even found the time to help us with our luggage. The room was below average. Well what could you expect from that low of a price, thin foams, substandard airconditioning and very thin blankets. But the tv was 32 inches and they got wifi but you need to pay 35 pesos for 5 hours of use. There's a 24 hr canteen and the food was tasty enough to linger your taste buds a bit and its not that expensive. you also need to pay extra for daily room service but they offer free brooms and dustpans for you to clean your room by yourself. the location was good considering the price per person. Overall the hotel lived up to its name as a room rental and not actually an inn as it is fitting for traveller on-the-go or families that have no business staying at the place whole day long.
