- 3? Please ENTER THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ONCE YOU CONFIRM THE BOOKING. Keep in mind that we will offer you a pullout bed for the third and fourth guests.
Kindly check our pictures. The bed sheets and pillow will be in the other bed or on the cabinet above the bed. You will be in charge of arranging the single bed. For space reasons, we can't arrange the bed in the morning.

- Any additional visitor is 700 pesos up to a maximum of 4 people. (Keep in mind that we want your comfort and we only have two beds and 2 folding chairs.) That's why we RECOMMEND only 3 guests for your comfort, but it's up to you.

- Complementary PLDT unlimited Internet with 45 Mbps speed. (Ideal for video calls, Netflix, and WFH).

- A Healthier Way to the Top!
Our building is stair-access only — six floors of light cardio before reaching your private rooftop escape! Guests often say the views (and vibes) are worth every step.

- TOWELS AND BEDSHEETS. We will provide you with a big towel per guest and bedsheets. If you're going to stay more than 6 nights, we will leave you an extra set of towels and bedsheets. (Any additional item out of these items costs 650Php per set and you need to request them 24 hours ahead).

- LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive later than 11 pm, we will leave you the keys with our guards, who work 24/7.

- MOTORCYCLE PARKING: Covered parking slot for motorcycles of any kind.
If you come with a car, you have three (3) paid parking 2 minutes walking distance from our building. (There are three parking spaces around our place (Info in pictures and NEED reservation for the closest one)

- If you arrive later than 9 pm, we will leave the keys with our guard. PLEASE, do not make too much noise once you are going up to our Rooftop. Quiet hours starts at 10 PM.

- Garden Style: This is a garden-style property. (The only one in Makati)
Meaning that the glass door is exposed to the outside terrace. Please don't leave the glass door open because Makati has a climate with insects all year round. (It's like living in the province) (If you have any questions, please let me know or read our reviews)

- MINIBAR: Some of the rates are in the ref and some others in the same product. Feel free to ask us if you have any questions. Thanks!

- NETFLIX: enjoy your best movie or series in our Projector.

- If you need to wash your clothes, there are plenty of laundromat stores in the area, the closest one is at the same Santillan St or J. Victor Street 5 min walking distance. Feel free to ask, please.

* TERRACE *
- The fire exit door should be open from 7 am to 7 pm. After 7 pm, you can close the door but not lock it. (Pls, read our guarantee of no disturbance)

- GUARANTEE OF NO DISTURBANCE: If you find any other tenant(s) on the terrace using our furniture that is for you, we will give you an EXTRA NIGHT for FREE.

*TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- You should inform us IMMEDIATELY with pictures and videos about that tenant using our furniture for more than 10 minutes.
- It's not a tenant a building maintenance worker and he/she is working on the terrace at that moment. (it rarely happens)
- The tenant must be from our building and you can't entertain him.
- The extra night will be given as soon as possible.
- If the next day of your check-out day is already booked, we will inform you of the soonest day for you to use your free night stay.
- The extra free night CANNOT be converted into money or be given to any other person.

- Early check-in or late check-out fee is 150Php per hour.

- Electric Grill.- Limitation of Liability: It is a complimentary amenity and we shall not replace it in case of malfunction during your stay during the night. However, we will do our best to give you a solution the next morning. Thanks.

- GATES DURING NIGHT: If you go out from our Brgy Pio del Pilar by your vehicle during the night, All doors will be closed except Washington Street. Please Ggogle it and enter over that gate. Thank you!

- Although the inside is fully modernized, the building is 30 years old, so the water pressure in the building is not able to provide something that may be familiar to you if you're living, for example, in the USA or Europe.

- Fire extinguisher. You will find the fire extinguisher just at the exit of the unit. (If you don't find it, please let us know.)
