Good hotel friendly staff from time of check in.the security guards all friendly and assist you in anything you need from getting a cab and being safe.the room and bathroom are very spacious.the breakfast buffet is awesome many choice of food.the hotel is walking distance to Robinson mall.

I always stay in this hotel and I would highly recommend it. The best thing here is their breakfast buffet.
Unexpected charges. Hotel room is dirty and aminities are not provided. Staff are not friendly especially from the restaurant, they don't care about the food allergy coz they said they are not aware of it. My boy has a peanut and nuts allergy that is why I am so strict with food contamination and always asks questions but they are not giving importance in it. Buffet food display is carrying only of one serving tool for all types of dishes and most of the people was using hands therefore because they saw that no utensils to use fo the buffet. I mentioned this to the manager and even the chef but they did not do anything until my whole 8days of stays finished. We end up eating most of the time outside and not having our privilege to have paid breakfast at all. Telephone operators are forgetful when you asked for a guest request. What a terrible stays we had. I'm not recommending these hotels to anyone especially if you have a kids or having anaphylaxis allergies.
Very nice location close to all fast food and Robinsons Manila. Staff needs a lil bit more training. One incident was i run to the room to drop something while our car is waiting one of the guard ask us to move and park somewhere else to give way for cab who is also waiting for a guest. So i ended up walking all the way to seven eleven. And my mom was so mad bout it and they said they didnt ask us to move. I think just a lil bit more training for customer service and some respect would be nice.

I had a very nice stay at Manila Pavilion Hotel. Very clean and the staff couldn't be better. I will be staying there again.
A very accessible location to the major business destinations in Manila. Accessible transportation 24/7 and many establishments around for tourists. The breakfast buffet is a must with good selection and variations each day. The staff are ever friendly except for the guards posted at the doors. I have already recommended this place to family members. I am definitely going back on my return trip to the Philippines.
Stayed at the hotel and they accused my 2.5 year old daughters of scratching up their tables. the table were scratched when I checked in but they would not believe me. I will never and I say again never stay at this hotel again, nor am I going to recommend it to any of my friend whom frequent the Philippines.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only slight problem was that they never gives us face towel or enough toilet paper. I had to asked the cleaning staff everyday for my face towel.
We were placed in a room directly under a room that is being redone. We arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour travel at 2:30 . At 5 am the construction work started. We found the hall ways outside our room not just a little soiled. But filthy. The overall cleanliness puts it I a 3 . The breakfast was spectacular. Great assortment of food and waitresses helpful. The manager changed our room so we could sleep. Thank heavens.
The room is ok but the toilet needs remodeling. I'm a non-smoker and once you go outside your room, you can smell as if someone is blowing smoke right into your face. The staff members are very polite and courteous. Overall, I had a good night sleep and proceeded to my next flight the following day without any delay.
The positives are a great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent casino. The price is decent. The room wasn't as fancy as on internet but still ok. We expected a free shuttle from the airport as was mentioned on the internet . You have to order in advance and they charge $2000 peso (about $50) for this service. All in all, it's a decent place for a vacation stay. Nice view from the room window we had at the hotel of Manila.
I asked for a non-smoking room. Didn't get it. The carpet was dirty and had numerous cigarette burns. The people in the adjoining room were smokers and the smoke came into my room under the door. The bathroom was dated and had black mold on every grouted surface. They put one towel in a room for three people. The tv was an old 19 inch model (my guess 15 years old). The closet had three hangers. Even on the 19th floor we still got lots of street noise. Worst of all? The staff was indifferent. The indifference began at the time of check in. They wanted to run my credit card even though I had prepaid for the room for the entire six days. They put a $300 charge on the card and called it a daily deposit telling me that I might use that much from the mini-bar in the room. The mini bar was totally empty. I refused to sign the credit card receipt and phoned my credit card company immediately. This is a cheap, noisy, and dirty hotel. Giving it one star is over rating the hotel.
The lobby was good, but the room needs a lot of improvement, our room has 19 inch TV which has a very limited channels, the carpet needs to be replace, it's too old and dirty. When we checked out, nobody help us carry our luggage to a waiting taxi.. Also the staffs at the breakfast buffet are not really helpful. But the front desk are helpful and nice.
Having been notified about the flooding in Southern Phils I wasn't able to go to my final destination so I had to weather the situation in MNL awaiting for the good news but never came. And although my stay was only for couple days of reservation, I was able to extend for 2 more days, thanks to the Pavilion staff, who were very understanding of my situation as well as very accommodating despite of busy holiday Christmas week when the hotel was fully booked.
