This hotel will be better when the ongoing renovations will be finished (maybe soon because they did not seem substantial). My 3rd floor room was large and comfortable but with no view whatsoever (and thus felt a bit depressing) but it was very good for sleeping (and isn't what a hotel room supposed to provide?). Breakfast buffet is excellent (by Manila standards) and for what I paid I felt like it was good value for the Ermita/Malate area. A bit of annoyance is that room service starts too early and thus some noise was to be heard even before 8am. In most hotels rooms service begins more around 9 am (not before).

I have been staying at the Lotus over the course of four years. The stay is always pleasing, and personal requests have been made, in the sense of asking for a lunch or dinner that feels like it was made "at home". This is very comforting, especially when a traveler has been on the road for a month or more. Kudos to my friends that are the heart and soul of the Lotus, from the laundry attendants, to the front desk staff. Great time these past days in January and February!! Thank you!!

The bed mattresses are not that great and pillows as you can see in pictures .the surroundings of hotel is conviinient to shopping night life Robinson mall is near by ten minute walking distance

Not my first time. Always remembered and appreciated. I feel comfortable and surrounded by family. Always good mood and eager to make me feel at home. Efficient, good and positive feeling.

The hotel is nice and the stay is great..however the location is bad and no parking to park.. you have to park in the street and if there is an event next door (some kind of banquet) then there's really no parking out of luck..

I was in Manila for two day and need a nice place to stay close to the U.S. embassy. This was the place. Nice Staff and clean rooms.

The hotel has one BIG thing going on … the STAFF. They are like family. We have been in touch through the years, and those that welcome me back are the warmest and kindest of professionals that make my stay so enjoyable.

Overall experience was good. Though, first time when I checked in, there was some confusions about the type of room, etc. Since the hotel was booked online, no free breakfast was offered.

I have been greeted as a friend, time and time again. It is god to be back :) The atmosphere and cordiality is always present.

my stay was very nice here... The girls behind the front desk are great... very helpful with all my needs.. food was good . was very satisfied with my stay

I booked the cheapest room and it was still nice and comfortable.

Yes the hotel did meet my expectation it was good nice and clean it was a blast!!!! :) iwill stay in lotus hotel again for my next visit

Great location, close to some tourist spot. malls, park, bay, bars

it was a nice hotel, clean, good service, the staff are friendly.

Nice room, would stay there again. Staff and service were polite and professional.

The facility is worn and poorly maintained. The room was small although I booked the Executive Deluxe. The air conditioner produced a musty odor, the linens were worn, and the bathroom fixtures were stained and in need of repair. My room was located in a wing that was too long a hike from the elevator. I complained to the staff, however they moved me to another room with the same conditions.

It was a great location relative to us embassy. Close to promenade on manila bay along Roxas Blvd and near many restaurants. Staff was excellent. Room was great.

This is a nice place in a crazy part of town. I give the Staff an A+

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast buffet is just fine and makes the day a good one to begin with. thanks!!

Staff always takes good care of you. Food is ok, and lots of activities with in short walking distance. Near the US Embassy.
