Hotel Dream World3.0 out of 5.0

They hotel makes a homeless shelter look like a Chateau. Unbelievable filthy... hallways and rooms wreak of tobacco, breakfast was greasy and inedible, AC loud and unreliable, mattresses were plastic lined, staff appeared nervous, overworked, and ill-at-ease with no training. Awful experience.
The Eurotel is now called the DreamWorld. The stained sheets still say Eurotel. The bill still says Eurotel, but the sign out front and the key cards have changed to the new name. When I arrived, I was greeted by a cold shower. My father, who had been here for a week said that it was warm...ish earlier in the week. Five days later, I got my first warmish shower. The room itself was not what I would call clean by any stretch of the term. I have stayed in worse places, but I have also stayed in much better. There were a few other guests (cockroaches) in my room, but that is not uncommon in the topics. The halls are noisy at night, so if you have problems sleeping with background noise, best find another place. It is almost worth the price.
formaly ticamax i now difernt nice room fair priced clean room quite i felt they pushed us out st check out time and not 2 hours sfter we left we called we left some nice razors and some personal toiletries items oh no they either keep for there selfs or just fid not even try to let me claim them...
Lack of facilities, no slippers for guests, no shampoo, no soap.. Can't sleep well because of too much noise outside. I can hear the MRT, cars and etc.. The only thing that's good about this hotel is its location very accessible to Malls and Araneta Coliseum if you wanna watch a concert. Not ideal for long stay though. Their Dining area too small, need to wait for other guests to finish eating before we could eat. and Their foods not that good. The price kinda okay. Cheap but what you pay is what you get :( never gonna check in here again.
I like the price however it seems that they are now unmindful of the basic needs of the guests. There was no hot water and worse, no tissue or toilet paper was in the room. I know this a budget hotel but the ones i mentioned were basic, budget or otherwise.
It's a Very dirty hotel, a luck of amenities, a big hole in my blanket.... i can't sleep because of to much noise of the staff near in my room 202....i will not go back this hotel they are not professional.....
Very poor service! No shampoo.. no towel no trash can.. we even had to look for plastic bag to throw our trash! Room isn't properly maintained! Drain was leaking that made the toilet flooded! Very expensive. Bed leafs are dirty white. You don't get your money's worth! The room though is spacious and AC works quite good. But overall rating is bad. I wouldn't recommend eurotel to my friends! Too expensive. We paid 40€, when the price should me not more than 10€ 9-10 September. Room 425
As with any other motels, rates are usually fluid depending on season. The best way to get the cheapest rate is by booking it online. When I inquired from the front desk how much a standard room costs, she said it was at 2400php. I looked up online using agoda, booked the same room at 1200php! They offer free breakfast for 2 at this room rate. The rooms are acceptable, it has a hot and cold shower, AC is ok but the cable reception is poor. They have free wifi though.
The "Studio Room" at 3rd floor (321 or 312, cant remember exact room#) was messy. Floor has some visible dirt. It seems like someone just checked out when I entered and I felt like room was cleaned in rush. A toothbrush and a soap was also present on top of the wooden divider in the comfort room. The TV's remote control was so hard to press just for you to switch channel or adjust volume and you can not properly watch because TV seems to losing signal from time to time. The staff at the frontdesk are not smiling at all even the supervisor or manager on duty and they seem to only care about getting more guests and doing more transactions for profit. It was only 1 night stay but it was my birthday, I am planning to extend few more nights but I did not bother to do it and I regret that I spent that day with this hotel. You can compare it to SOGO which is not too classy but what you pay is worth it and the staff are respectful and nice. Rooms are even better for a studio and are well-maintained, clean and even cheaper.
The location is excellent! The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. However, the aircon in my room makes some unnecessary noise it could bother you if you have problems sleeping. The room I stayed in did not have windows, which can be a bit difficult for people who do not like to be in an enclosed space. But overall, the service is commendable and I would definitely stay here again in another room with windows.
