+ Guest are REQUIRED to provide a copy of government ID’s and covid card/cert at least 2 dose vaccinated for each person who will be staying at the Grass Residence, Guest will need to take a photo and send it through to us via Airbnb messaging. We will need to get a permit before arrival. (Same day booking need to send before 1:00 pm)
+ Guest that are planning to check in on Sunday will need to send ID’s before 1pm on Saturday as admin closed on Sunday.
+Self Check-in is available after pre-arrangements and Visitors Form has been completed. Once confirmed you will receive a notification with your check-in details a day before your check-in date
+Please ask Security Guard for PARKING availability upon arrival. First come first serve that costs Php40.00 then Php10.00 additional hr/s

Visitors
Visitors are allowed to stay between 8am to 7pm ONLY.If you have visitors who plan to stay overnight after your arrival will need to provide government ID’s for permit and Vaccination cards. This will cost an additional 500php per guest. Please note a total of 4 people are allowed to stay overnight inside the unit. Infants under 1 year old is free but bed/cot will not provided.)
