I only stayed here for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was perfect and I really enjoyed being very close to Schulz park by the water. The restaurants and cafes/bakeries around this area were lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible! Dirty smelly. Staff sent us to dirty room. We did not stay an we demand a refund! This property lied on orbitz and is a disgrace!
It was 80 degrees out and they were blasting heat. I asked for AC and they told me (falsely) that it would be illegal for them to turn it on. They suggested I open a window, but the windows wouldn’t open. A couple of hours later, after my fifth call to the front desk, they found me a very noisy box fan.

Property was fine. Bed comfortable. Location quiet for NY. Area and sidewalks could be better cleaned of pet messes.

The staff was helpful and friendly.
It was easy to get to. They didn’t have any individually wrapped food in the morning you could buy to have something with your coffee. There was nothing for guest to do in facility.

The staff was very attentive and professional. The manager listened to my concerns about the unpleasant drilling noise in the hotel and offered, unrequested, a discount on my stay. He was very gracious.
