Staff was very friendly. Room was big and clean with a nice kitchen and bath. Shuttle service to airport at 3am no problem!

i Had to leave Auckland on one of the last flights back to the states due to the corona virus and I would have loved to cancel this booking because of this unique situation. But I couldn’t get a refund which is frustrating.
Used airport shuttle, very prompt. Staff was nice and check-in very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice sized kitchenette for longer stays. Good internet. 5-10min ride from international terminal.
Just as expected. Prompt airport pick up. Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff. It’s close to the airport which is a fair ways away from Auckland city- but perfect for the start to our adventure.

The staff were very good, friendly & accommodating. Free shuttle service to & fro airport timely. The up dated & renewed bathroom; shower water & spray excellent, but no place to put the soap in the shower stall. The bathroom is roomy & comfortable. The window patio doors, where the room is locked from, gave minimal security, as window could be broken easily. Large kitchen area, with fridge & microwave, can not remember stove situation (we were in the room for only 5 hours).

Overall, the hotel is basic and good enough for a one-night stay. The room was practical and the best part is the kitchen/bathroom combo. The bathroom was roomy and seems to have been renovated recently. However, the bedroom could have been better kept: the rug was dirty and stained and the bed could be more comfortable.
The rooms were nice size and the airport shuttle worked out great. There were some stains on the carpet that gives a little unsettling feel. There is some traffic noise.
About 5 minute drive from airport. Excellent amenities. WiFi was great. Refreshed furnishings. Cleanliness in kitchen area needs improvement but otherwise great stay.
Very dirty carpet. Bathroom smelled musty. Some dirty dishes in the kitchen. No water glasses. Did have clean and comfortable beds, as they used a linen service. No screens on windows. AC in LR only. Given the lobby and neibouring business had bars, we didn’t feel it would be okay to leave the windows open at night.
