The studio apartment in
the Le Dalie complex is introduced by a pedestrian gate, from which
starts an outdoor corridor leading to the veranda of the vacation home.
The outdoor space exclusively belonging to the studio apartment is furnished with outdoor sitting area and shaded by awning.
The interior is introduced by a modern kitchen with dining room. From here you proceed to the triple room furnished with 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

The
studio apartment of the Le Dalie complex is located in a quiet area of
San Pietro in Bevagna, a lively seaside resort located on the coast of
Manduria, on the Ionian Sea.
In the center of the resort are all the main services. The two houses are just 500 meters from the nearest beaches. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
