Villetta Anastasia is a vacation home for rent by the sea in Manduria, between the seaside resorts of Specchiarica and San Pietro in Bevagna, just minutes from the beaches.
The cottage offers up to 7 beds and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, electric oven, TV. In the garden there is a brick barbecue .
Outdoor space shared with another apartment, where the owner lives. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Anastasia opens with a gate that leads into a lovely equipped outdoor space, partly shaded, shared with another adjacent apartment, used by the owner.
In the garden, for the exclusive use of the guests of Villetta Anastasia are: the brick barbecue for preparing grills, an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet, a veranda with table, chairs and curtains for outdoor dining.
The interior of Villetta Anastasia has an entrance to a living room equipped with a dining room and a double sofa bed. Next to it are the kitchenette and 1 full shower room.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with a bunk bed + single bed.

Villa Anastasia is a lovely vacation villa in Salento, on the Ionian Sea. The solution is about 800 meters from the nearest beach, on the coast of Manduria, between the seaside resorts of Specchiarica and San Pietro in Bevagna.
The naturalistic area of the Chidro estuary is less than 2 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Watern not drinkable.
- The service bathroom (external) only has a toilet and shower.
