Attico del Sol is a vacation home for rent in San Pietro in Bevagna, just 200 meters from the beautiful golden sandy beaches and deep blue crystal sea. The house is located on the second floor and offers a total of up to 6 beds.
The apartment has parking space on the ground floor, a large terrace with solarium, outdoor shower, accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets and gratings. Pets are allowed.

The lovely vacation home has a separate entrance on the ground floor, where there`s a courtyard for parking. External stairs lead to the second floor where the Attico del Sol is developed.
Guests are welcomed by a largeterrace furnished with sofas, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a living room where, in addition to the open kitchen and table and chairs for dining, there is also 1 double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

Attico del Sol is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, a locality on the Ionian coast of Taranto much appreciated for its long beaches of golden sand mostly free, for the crystal clear sea always fresh, for the mouth of the river Chidro that makes the waters fresh, and for all the services present especially during the summer.
The nearest beach is only 200 meters from the house, in the Torre Borraco area. The center is also very close, and can be reached on foot with a pleasant coastal walk.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 49 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the kitchen.
