Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. The TV didn't work though which wasn't too big of deal since we were only there 1 night. They did offer to change our room but at 930p we declined. Would definitely give it a second try though.

First trip after my husband's passing. Hotel was very nice, clean, and I loved having a kitchen, the staff was great ! Deffinately would stay here again. I was great to have a room that was truly adapted to someone like me who has a walking, disability. The counters were at the right hight that I could cook sitting down and I could reach everything. The full-size fridge was clean and appreciated. Bathroom was clean and almost as big as,my kitchen at home.

cold lobby, not very welcoming. Nothing to "buy" on site to cook in your room. Only a vending machine. No supplies in the room. you need to request coffee pot, a mug, a spoon, everything. will only stay again if i had to, the room was clean, but not very welcoming.

Calm and restful in the manner of not being disturbing, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing

I had prepaid for my room online, and upon arrival was greeted by a not very friendly man at reception. He was in the middle of "close out" and myself and two other customers were forced to wait nearly an hour for him to finish up and then check us in. The room itself was ok, for over $100 a night one would think there would be a few more personal items, like shampoo etc, in the room.

If you need to be away from home for a while this hotel gives the amenities you need. The kitchenette was clean and very functional. Bathroom was sizeable and worked for a family of three. We had no issues during our stay and would stay again.

this was a fine hotel for my needs, & they have free wifi!

Arrived late at night and when I entered my room I was greeted by a huge puddle on the floor in my room. No one able to address this at that time and was told to throw towels down and that maintenance would take care of it the next morning. I checked out two days later and the towels were still on my floor. Greeted by brown water coming out of the shower and faucets when turned on for the first time. Just very disappointing.

The room was dirty. I had asked for non smoking. I got smoking. That's okay. But, this room REEKED of smoking. And, it was filthy. To make things worse, the staff was snarly and unpleasant.

amenities in place, helpful and friendly staff a certain, hard to place odor to room even though it was a non-smoker

Needed an inexpensive overnight place to stay. Close enough to food and shopping and right off the freeway. For the price, it is all one might expect. A good place for an extended stay with good kitchen facilities.

I thought it is the normal as other. But it is a bit different than other. As the name suggest Extended stay, you can stay long in this hotel. They have small kitchen unit, bedroom with all basic amenities. Location is also perfect. Everything is near by like shopping, dinning etc. So, It is nice place to stay.

So, here's the scoop: - When I booked my hotel [...] I prepaid for a king size bed. When I checked into the hotel, they gave me a queen-sized bed. Not that big of a deal. But, I did prepay for a king size bed - In the end, the bed was quite uncomfortable. - The room was clean. - Overall, the people that worked there were very nice, but the hotel was pretty average.

Very quiet hotel and location. Near resterunts and stores

Everything was fine.

Oh my goodness where to start. After reading my reviw you may agree with me that I should be compensated or refunded at least half my cost, and that is being gracious and generous on my part. I got to hotel and was told after making a reservation for a NON-smoking room (i have asthma)all that was available when i got there was smoking. In order for me to stay i had to go and check out 3 different rooms to see which was best. I picked one with the promise the next day they would change me to non smoking room. The key/pass to the room didnt work. The desk clerk had to let me in with a key each time i left the room. Come to find out they gave me wrong key/pass even though it worked once but then not again after that. The room smelled, had paint or something all over the carpet. An air freshner was offered but that was almost as bad. Next room given next day i was told was non smoking....nope...they lied it was a smoking room...biggest clue...two ash trays and no no-smoking signs in room. I went to desk clerk (never the same clerk) and asked for a different room. Next room was cleaner but stated was a no smoking but it still smelled. Altogether i had 4 nights of not being able to sleep somewhere that i pre-paid. Im so upset and disappointed and would not recommend this place and want a refund. I deserve a refund.

Good stay, as always.
