Stayed for a wedding. Hotel was very clean and comfortable after a long night of celebrating. The little bar area outside the lobby was fun as well.

Outside appearances were good which lead us to believe we had found a nice hotel for the weekend. Not so much! The rooms are old, dingy, wallpaper boarder falling off, paint patches on the wall. The tub/shower unit is horrible; it is so narrow and then you have the shower liner blowing in on you. Tub drain did not work properly, it was draining slow, making you stand in water. The restaurant was closed; the bar area was a joke. The barmaid/hostess tried hard, but was not a good bartender. Trying to get the tv channel changed to a football game was a fiasco. No one knew the channel number or how to change it, apparently. Comical!

Decent hotel for a weekend stay, but not with teens due to the pool being too small. Very good breakfast buffet, but expensive.

I will be staying with them again. Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

It is a decent hotel but not what one expects at a Crowne Plaza hotel. It felt more like a Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn. The hotel staff were polite.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for just one night. The pool area, workout area and locker rooms are all very nice. The location felt a little far from the downtown area but I would stay there again.

Everything was ok but I felt the pricing was a bit high given the lack of free breakfast. Also, there were vending and ice machines out of service, I had to go down 2 floors for ice and down 1 floor for a soda.

This was our second visit. It is a very good place for an overnight stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Everything went very well. We were there for a wedding at a different location. Had a nice Sunday breakfast. Room was spacious, staff very friendly and knowledgeable.Sunday checkout is noon. Made for a relaxing morning. Location is right off the highway. Very close to shopping. Five miutes from the great new Merrimac Outlet Mall.

The hotel looked great for the most part (there was some minor maintenance needed in parking garage and pool areas); however, I don't feel I got my money's worth. My room fee only covered the room, nothing more (i.e. - "continental breakfast" was extra - $9 / $13 to be exact#. Location was great for what I needed but I don't believe I will stay there on my next trip even though I am not paying the bill #value is value regardless of who pays for it#.

We had to go to Nashua for a funeral and the staff was very considerate and treated us very personally. We stayed on the Executive floor with the complimentary evening wine and cheese and continental breakfast in the morning. the breakfast was fair at best, but the service was very good. We would stay there again. Convenient garage parking was free.

The hotel was clean and location was great for our trip to visit family The staff were very helpful and freindly and we will stay there again

With that in mind it wasn't a bad deal at all. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Older decor but wasn't horrible to look at. The staff was very nice and there is a 711 that is a walkabout distance away. The parking deck was also a perk during inclimate weather. There was a wedding going on on one side of the hotel while we stayed and we slept in complete silence.

Room was clean, decent sized, and comfortable. The heating/cooling unit in the room was a little on the loud side and woke me up a few times during the night. No free wifi in the rooms, but there was a network plugin with internet for no charge - although that doesn't help with tablets and other wifi only devices. Room was mostly a good value and I would probably stay there again.

the staff was accomidating but i would have liked to have had a room with a queen or king size bed. i didn't care for the two double beds

Everything was great except the obvious waitstaff that we were unwanted at 9:45pm when the restaurant closes at 10pm which i understand their annoyance but three hundred thousand people lost power and we got there when we could, sorry for being hungry. Also my debit card was charged twice for the room. Once from [...] and once from the hotel directly.

The staff was nice, hotel room was clean, the TV barely worked and had 3 channel in English and there was no hot water in the shower. But the staff really was nice.

Fantastic hotel. Crowne has a friendly staff, main lobby and hotel bar.

We were going to the NASCAR race in Loudon, everything at the hotel was wonderful, clean, nice staff, good service. There were kids running up & down hallway yelling. Do not blame this on hotel, parents should be more considerate of other people.

A very pleasant surprise, we wound up on the Executive Floor and it was just splendid. Nice perqs and amenities. Everything was great except the breakfast buffet could stand some improvement. You are within minutes of the largest shopping center in the world!
