It was dirty. The management was not on site and didn’t answer their phone. Parking is an issue, and the managers will tell you to park in a tow away zone. Although the bed was reasonably comfortable, the room was dirty (dirty floor and bugs in bathroom). I left two days early to get away from it.

I didn’t pay much for the room. So I had low expectations. And it was still disappointing. I left a day and a half early. The room was not very clean, there were bugs in the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and we heard everything. Although not the fault of the hotel or staff, the drunk chick screaming obscenities, banging walls, slamming doors and throwing things down the stairs did not help. I can say Mammoth PD has an awesome response time and handsome cops!!!! The management was lame and wasn’t responsive, if they want to manage the place by telephone, they should actually answer. Parking was atrocious, NO JOKE! I had to park 4 blocks away in a bar parking lot and pray I didn’t get towed each night. The management told us to park on the frontage road nearby, WHICH IS A NO PARKING AREA!!! Lame lame and lame. Breakfast was free, but consisted of do it yourself frozen waffles and bagels. I’m never going back there again.

There were only 4 parking spaces for 8 rooms. When we got there late at night there was NO parking. The hotel was located in residential neighborhood with lots of tow away signs etc. we did not know where to park. We NEVER once met with any staff person. The key was on the desk when we arrived and there was 2 phone numbers left on a board to call if we needed anything. We called and texted both numbers about parking and no one answered nor called back the whole weekend. We ended up asking a liquor store clerk where it would be safe to park. We actually even looked into staying in another hotel in the neighborhood but everything was booked. We spent 45 minutes dealing with this issue at 11 pm at night. We still never got a return phone call. We still never saw any staff. When we checked out we just left the key on the desk. We were there for 2 nights and no one entered our room to clean it. There was one trash can and we had basically filled it the first night we were there and it did not get taken out and they did not make the bed or clean the room. Also, we had one roll of toilet paper, that was basically mostly gone the first night we were there and we ended up using tissue we had in the car, since we could not get a hold of anyone. I plan on writing the hotel to get a discount if not a refund.
