Well, after reading the reviews about this hotel I was a bit apprehensive --the super complainers had me going We got there 10 am Straight into the room (great start) As we were expecting entry for 2 pm Staff were very helpfull The rooms were fine Not the most modern ,but room for 4 people. just The couches were comfier than the beds in my opinion Balcony Just your luck what room you get We had pool view of hotel next door so not so bad 4 th floor Clean enough Tv Microwave ,cutlery for 4 2 wardrobes Air con fine Towels and rooms cleaned 5 days out of 7 Bit tight on the old bog roll ,but I went to reception n got one The showers are amazing as hot and strong as you want The wifi is 16 euro for the week It was not very good we got our money back no problem 4g was good enough free wifi all pubs and restaurants is ok As long as your not part of the phone in face mob 24/7 There is a safe in the room but you can't use it They cunningly make you rent a safe box opposite reception 27 euro for the week Any ways the super complainers had me so paranoid we got the safe box For piece of mind Our room was not broken into or interfered with There is security on site The hotel is located right at the start of the magaluf strip Inbetween magaluf and Palma nova but far closer to magaluf Up a wee bit of a hill but very central bit quieter than lower down The hotel is aimed at the 18-30 somethings bit mixed. No kids Lovelly pool nice n clean descent size Plenty of sun beds but that will be seasonable Bit of noise but nothing much Biggest noise was suitcases been dragged along the floors We all have to do it We are 50 and there was no problems Yip there was music by the pool everyday 10-3 Not too loud and not the worst music We spent 6 out 7 nights in Palma nova Done the strip at the end of sat night was a bit mad and funny But if you can handle the touts then you'll be fine Plenty police presence so safety not an issue All in all the place is fine Spar on your doorstep etc Beach literally 2-300 mtrs away But unfortunately down 60-70 steps ok on way down lol

Stayed here in October was okay apart from the giant hill but nice pool and the rooms were okay for the price good views from the room I was in over looking the pool and the sea the seagulls always in the pool so that was a bit of a put of

The views from the sea facing rooms are simply stunning. Unfortunately this is were the positives end. Being right up a hill it does knacker you out if you are walking. With the hotel being budgetish you will get a lot of morons kicking about the place, three issues happened to us, two when we were at the pool area. German family tried to steal out loungers when we were at the poolside bar and a woman started playing music from her phone even tho music is played by the hotel at the pool area. The other issue was some lads who stayed next door to us never went out at night but just played music loud all the time. Security to their credit did shut them up. Overall it's a hotel that has sososo much potential but is let down by the management. Good digs if you are not expecting the world, not far from the strip either.

lovely hotel would highly recommend, stayed in a room with sea view, staff very helpful and friendly . perfect location for us although there is a steep hill didn;t bother us though, could be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. definetley would go back.we stayed in september 2016 for two weeks. lots of lovely bars and resturants close by and pleny of supermarkets if your going self catering like we did.the hotel has a supermarket straight facing it.

14 of us went to TRH Torrenova July 2014. Perfect stay for a big group on a party holiday. Rooms were great, brilliant view and a good location as you are right at the top of the strip so you can work your way down it at night. Pool area is a great laugh with music playing all day as well as football on the big screen by the pool.

We stayed for 5 days in October and we paid 102 quid each for flights accommodation and transfers . And it was fantastic. The views are amazing. The rooms a little dated but u pay for what u get. The location is great but not for anybody with mobility problems as the hill is the steepest i have ever seen. The pool bar served some lovely well priced food. All in all a good break. Would deffo return x

The hotel location had beautiful views but thats as far as the good points go. Hotel was dirty, room was flooded when we arrived, the aircon didnt work, the whole place needs a makeover and to top it all off the staff were rude and unhelpful!

was worrying abit after reading the reviews, but don't understand why people hate it, if you want 5* go pay for it, you get what you pay for, had to pay Spanish tax which was 16 euros for 2 people, had local shops, bars, restaurant afew minutes walk down the steep hill.....yes was steep. Beach was 2 minute walk away had afew beaches to chose from all with in 2-10min walk away. Had a sea view room which was Fantastic great view especially at night seeing boats etc go past. Reception was friendly. Had to pay for Wi-Fi which was about 12 euros for 3 days but thats because my phone didn't work...BT Network. Noise wasn't to bad saying it was end of October time.

After reading the reviews we were slightly apprehensive. But on arrival the staff were friendly and our rooms were dated but clean. I think coming at this time of year was perfect. The hotel was quiet and no noise at night. The view from the room was great, lovely to wake up to. My only criticism would be the temperature of the pool. It was freezing! But the pool bar food was lovely and a good price. The staff were fab nothing was any trouble. The beaches are only a 10minute walk away and there's lots of bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely come back at this time of year again.

We stayed for five nights at this hotel and at first we were very disappointed with the hotel as it does not look anything like the website photos, however we did settle into it as our short break went on. The staff were kind and helpful and very polite, however on our arrival the male receptionist said that he highly recommended purchasing the deposit box for the duration of our stay but if we didn't not to leave anything in the room. This made us feel very uncomfortable and felt like he was saying "take it or lose it" but this could have been because of the language barrier he was saying that they can't be held responsible for anything that goes missing. The room was miles away and after laying on a beach all day, tracking up the steep hill and finally reaching the hotel, we then had another five minute walk to an elevator to get to the room which was on level three. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing and we would have liked a closer room but overall the hotel was in a quiet location and if you were on the right side of the hotel you had a lovely view of the sea. The restaurant food was lovely on the only night that we ate there. It was €10 per person which was good value for money. Though in busier periods I'm not sure how they would have coped due the restaurant being very small. The food was good and warm and there was a fairly good sized buffet to chose from ranging from chicken to fish to peppered steak and salads to pasta to chips which by the looks catered for everyone. The deserts on the other hand needs a bit more choice. Cleaners were spot on changing the bins and making our beds every day which was nice, didn't see much of them so not a lot to comment. We were self catering which worked out well in the end because right opposite the hotel was a spar which stocked everything we needed although slightly on the plus side with the prices... But closed early. Very surprised and happy with the power and the warmth of the shower! Five stars for the shower! Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and 5 minute walk to two beaches which were lovely and with warm sea waters! Just to warn you all, upon arrival of the hotel we had to pay an unexpected €11 for the room, which was supposedly an island charge which all tourists must pay when staying on the island. I think it's actually a daily charge so it works out at €2.20 a day. I was reluctant to pay this because when we booked our holiday it said that the prices was inclusive of charges and taxes.
