Second stay at this hotel, the food is good, the staff are all friendly; the hotel and rooms are very clean; it is in a good location; there is a large pool area with more than enough sun loungers . I would highly recommend.
Very central location handy for buses. Nice clean friendly hotel. Rooms very good. Food could have been better more variety needed at dinner not everyone likes octopus. Soups not a great variety desserts okay bit repetitive. Would stay here again but not on all inclusive would go self catering. Apartment rooms had everything that was needed well equipped. We had no children with us kids entertainment at night could have had more content, too much talking from crew children just want to have fun.
First opinion of the hotel was great, very clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful on reception. We arrived about 13:00 and we're allowed to check straight into our room. We had a simple double room with a balcony all of which was lovely and clean. However, the air con was a nightmare, we phoned reception twice to question this and where just told "that's how it is" all it was doing was blowing warm air around the room, 6/7 nights we had to sleep with the door open otherwise the room was horrendously warm. This was a big shame. The pool are has plenty of space and is always clean and tidy, plenty of sun beds available and a life guard on duty at all times. For all inclusive- there are plenty of options at the bar including some nice cocktails, food is served in a seperate building, this was good we particularly liked the large options of cheese available and the fact steak was served one night. However, snacks in between meals were limited and poor. The entertainment was Fantastic- some of the best we have seen, the Motown band, the magician and the boy band tribute where our favourites. The hotel is situated in the centre which is very helpful, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room, however was situated above a small bar next door to the hotel and on one night they had a singer performing until 1 am we were directly above him and this was very noisy, we were glad we didn't have children. Would certainly recommend a visit to the old town to the market (tuesdays and Sunday's)
All staff were Friendly and Helpful. Had one small incident to report that was handled and resolved very quickly. Comfortable and Clean Room. Stay was self catering which had suitable kitchen equipment.
Great hotel, room was spacious with a wonderful mountain view. Very clean, staff very helpful, great facilities. Lovely pool area and a Spar built into the hotel which was handy, if a little expensive. Good location very close to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by.
Great place to stay with a great pool - little cold on not so much of a hot day - GREAT location We stayed in a 1 bed apartment large rooms - kitchen has all you needed for a self catering holiday. not far from the beautiful beach.
Emailed and requested room next to family and thank you to the hotel as they put us in quiet location and next to each other, which meant a lot to us. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Arrived 02/09 for 11 nights. Apartments were spacious and air con was good. Bathroom had hairdryer. Hired safe in room. Tv was fine although news channel was only one in English but who wants tv on holiday. Balconies were across both living room and bedroom and had 2 tables. The lounge area would actually cater for 2 more adults if needed. Food was fine. During the 2nd week the strawberries disappeared and red apples and the cakes became less frequent. Found dining room laid out nicely and drinks help yourself to. The fresh bread and rolls were very welcome. Breakfast sausages were mushy and bacon fatty but plenty of other choices, eggs turned over and overcooked but omlettes were available on request. The restaurant was up on 1st floor of building so either steps or lift. 1 main pool which was a good size and quite deep 5'4 and could just stand on tip toes at one end. Drinks were fine, my daughter liked the cocktails. All in all had a lovely peaceful holiday, plenty to walk to including beautiful beach and pubs by river. Hotel was in good location and well laid out with nice staff and good food and particularly the cappucinos from the bar. We were all inclusive and mainly ate at hotel and enjoyed it. Some entertainment was good like the Beiing acrobats and the lovelles but there was a most awful act, Michael Jackson Tribute act. The guy could not sing at all and most people were laughing at him. Sometimes there was only 1 person serving at the bar in the evening although this was only for about an hour until more arrived. Transfer was 50 minutes there and hour and half on way home. Entertainment crew outside doing the water polo and excercise classes, didn't catch their names but were lovely and friendly and not at all pushy. We spoke to them several times and my daughter loved the water polo and water volleyball, so thank you all. Thank you to the hotel as we had a very pleasant stay and came home feeling relaxed and refreshed and wanting to come back.
My boyfriend and I booked up a last minute deal a week in advice through Thomas Cook. I've always been a little sceptical about all inclusive holidays in Europe in regards to food etc when compared with the all inclusive resorts outside. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked in and although rooms are a little basic, they are spacious and clean. The food was amazing! I have high expectations and they were met- plenty of options every day with food cooled fresh in front of you. I didn't feel that I was at an all inclusive buffet with fresh giant prawns, lots of cheeses and beef, chicken, pork etc cooked fresh in front of you. Plenty of salad and pasta etc available. Room includes a small kitchen with a fridge and cooking equipment, a living room bedroom and bathroom. The balcony is large and accessible from the living room and bedroom. Entertainment was fine, more aimed at kids but there are plenty of fitness activities etc during the day like aqua aerobics, spinning. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Alcudia!
We stayed her all inclusive in August as a family of 4 adults and one 5 year old, we had a fabulous time. Hotel is comfortable and clean, myself and my husband had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with a pool view, which was a good size, kitchen was in the corner of the main room, the main room has doors to the balcony the bedroom was a decent size with doors to the large balcony. There was 2 large twin beds which were very comfortable and clean. The food was very good, we would have liked a few more choices of desserts, cakes, fruits etc Cleaning staff are very pleasant and always said hello, and the entertainment team are fab. The bar staff, the 2 tall girls, not sure of their names but the girl with short dark hair and blonde girl who served mainly during the day, they never smiled, said hello or made conversation, they just looked so miserable, as if they did not want to be there. The head waiter in the restaurant was very friendly and always had a smile. The sunbeds around the pool desperately need replacing with new ones they were so uncomfortable
Great stay here. Room very clean & nicely furnished. Stayed all inclusive, 1st time doing this. Food was very good, nice selection of meals. Very central for everything & the usual selection of gift shops. If you're wanting to venture around the island, the local bus service is quote reliable & reasonably priced.
