Selected on the Web we were very pleased with the location, quiet street, cleanliness, style, comfort and friendly, helpful staff. I would gladly stay there again and am pleased to recommend this as a delightful place to stay in Palma.
Hotel in good location very clean and neat. But don’t rely on GPS for driving here. Hotel should forward the easy directions to their guests to avoid the frustration. Average rating is for the lack of warmth or welcome from the staff; they never acknowledge their guests unless spoken to first. Also, minor point, glass wall in shower opening to the room allows more light into bathroom, but can’t turn on lights at night as will wake up sleeping spouse. So very bad design. TV has 800 channels but no English language channels for news.
Great location as very central but in a quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff, great roof terrace and spa and rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfasts nice and coffees fab! Only 15 minutes to the airport so really convenient, we will be back!
Stylish and contemporary hotel in the quiet streets behind the cathedral. The staff are great. The rooms are spacious and very nicely appointed. If you time it right and book directly with the hotel you can grab a fantastic city break at a good price. The spa facilities are available to guests and they offer a wide range of treatments. The grounds are so picturesque ... being the compound of an old monastery and our room 104 looked out onto the gardens and the old bell tower. We will stay there again when we go back to Palma.
First and foremost the staff here are very nice and very helpful , a real asset to the hotel. Rooms are large and well fitted out in a modern style and the breakfast is very good with a huge selection of hot and cold food. We really liked the little roof terrace, its a great place for a sundowner. The hotel is in the old town and with in easy reach of everything, how ever it is very difficult to access in a car and we would NOT recommend anyone to try it even with Google maps ( it took us to places it should not have ! ).
An ideal location for exploring the city of Palma especially the Old Town all of which is within walking distance. The hotel looked amazing with modern decor in a very old building. The rooms were comfortable (very large comfy beds) with spacious bathrooms, good shower. The Air Con was a bit slow to get going when we arrived but it was fine. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice both hot and cold food. We went for cocktails one night which were good and the bar tender brought them up to the roof top for us. The views are wonderful of the city and there's plenty of comfortable seating to relax day or night. Just one tip, if you want fresh towels daily, leave the used ones on the floor because if you leave them hanging up to dry they will leave them there. A room with a view.
Location is perfect to explore the old town. Hotel provides bikes for a small fee which is a great way to get around using the cycle lanes. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms are stylish and comfortable. All in all a perfect stay.
Great small hotel in perfect location that is quiet, yet accessible to all the major sights. Friendly & helpful staff who recommended some great bars & restos. Spacious room, great breakfast, and cute rooftop patio.
My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel in August 2017 at the end of our holiday. We wanted a city break at the end of our beach holiday and so wanted a hotel that was central and would not entail traveling into the city each day. This hotel was very good. The staff on reception could not do enough for us and were very responsive to everything we asked for. The location, right next to the Cathedral, is great. We could walk to the old town, the harbour and the Cathedral in less than 10 minutes. The spa is very good and includes a jacuzzi , sauna, steam room and hot-cold shower room. There is a roof top terrace which is open all the time. If you are staying here, it is worth knowing that the bar has limited opening times and is closed one day per week. This is not an issue as it is very easy to buy your own drinks and take them up to the roof top terrace. The hotel has really tried to think about what a city break traveller wants and to then provide it. The weather was very hot, so the option of using the sauna and then having a drink on the terrace before going out in the evening was great.
The hotel is located in the old part of the city and a great base for seeing the sites of Palma. The rooms themselves have great features like stone walls and exposed beam ceilings. However they have unfortunately decided to decorate the rooms with very cheap Ikea like stark white furniture. It looks so ugly against the architectural features and really diminishes the beauty of the hotel. Also a warning - our room was on the upper ground floor and we were woken up at 7am by the sound of breakfast being prepared in the bar. Due to the decor and noisiness, I think I'd choose different accommodation for my next visit to Palma.
