Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights all inclusive. First impressions were clean and friendly staff. The room was pretty basic but OMG the beds were amazing so comfortable and again clean. Our first night in the restaurant I didn't enjoy, but the rest of the time was nice ( for the price we payed) . This was the first all inclusive hotel I have stayed in that didn't water down the drinks so happy days lol. We also got free WiFi and TV and the safe was only 3 euro per day. The pool area was nice and clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone. So close to the beach too which is a massive bonus. Would go back again, but 4 days is just right. Cheap and cheerful 😀
This is our second visit to this hotel this year mostly for the entertainment and its location the first time it was full of young germans who liked to make a noise all night but this time i would say it was about 80% english i dont know if this was because it was near the end of the season. The rooms are a little dated but we were lucky to be given a family room overlooking the pool for the 2 of us which was huge with a double bed and 2 singles. The food is not the best but we found something we liked at most meal times. The best part of this hotel is the entertainment with singers on or a dj every night even the bar staff would have you up dancing most all inc hotels want you to leave on a night for there profits but the paradise beach makes you want to come back year after year there is a seating area outside the hotel where you can have a drink and people watch and the pool bar plays good music dont expect any sleep by the pool. the rooms were cleaned and beds changed every day.so if you want a quiet holiday this hotels not for you but if you want to dance every night and be in a great location head for this hotel. Also the wifi is free with great reception in your room.
Where do I start?! Booked this hotel in January, stupidly didn't read any reviews until afterwards.. got totally put off by all the reviews I saw on here but thought to myself it can't be that bad, we'll make the most of it!! So on Tuesday (4 days ago) myself and my fiancé arrived at the paradise beach music hotel. On first appearance, the outside looks like a hostel, situated mid way up a steep hill full of shops and tattoo studios and bars and noise! We walked into reception and were overcome with the strong smell of fish. It was disgusting!!! The furniture was all run down, it looked like it was set in the 1920's just with the added feature of a load of German fat men standing around topless. The receptionist told us we needed to pay tourist tax which we were unaware of, so we handed her the money and she gave us our room keys. Couldn't get in the lift as it's literally only big enough for 1 suitcase and no humans. So myself and my partner had to do 2 trips. When we eventually got in the room we both burst into tears. I've seen hotels from hell on tv and after reading these reviews honestly I imagined the worse, but nothing could have prepared me for what we saw!! Human faeces splattered up the walls and ceiling, cigarette butts all over the floor of the bedroom and on the balcony, mould going up the walls and skirting boards, the sheets on the bed were stain coloured yellow, the bathroom we had to enter sideways as we couldn't even get in the door, the ceiling above the toilet had a massive hole in, human faeces stained all down the toilet and the sink, everything was falling apart. We just cried. I phoned my mum in England sobbing, my fiancé got on her phone straight away and found another hotel 10 minutes up the road and booked us in there! When we came back downstairs to tell the receptionist we wouldn't be staying due to all the reasons I've already stated, she simply said ok!!! I asked for a refund and she said good luck. Never in my wildest dreams will I ever ever book anywhere again without reading reviews first! Worst hotel in history!!!!!
Me and partner visited here second week of August had been here sept 16 too. Didn't plan on staying here again and wanted to see and use other hotels. Was meant to stay at sister hotel but was fully booked on plus side did get full use of both hotels (carribean beach) food average just a little walk to the beach only down side walking back as its on a hill. Would recommend this hotel as value for money and clean and staff are also friendly
If i could rate it a 0 I would please don't come here it is nothing like advertised the pictures are nothing like it the pool is loads smaller and it stinks of cheese never been cleaned. The food is disgusting, the staff are very rude and unhelpful and don't understand any English. The room is ok but not very clean we have a balcony but the view is horrible. Worst holiday ever even the staff told me it is the worst hotel in mallorca. We have been here 2 days and the police have been here 3 times, there is no security and I don't even feel safe stopping here. If you want to enjoy your holiday do not come here!!!!
Don't listen to the reviews this hotel is banging all I will say is bring your own music on a data stick or you will listen to rubbish music all staff I found friendly especially bar staff and estinado are great the drinks are strong not watered down at all which I discovered when I'm hugging the toilet, pool is a bit small but always had a sun bed room also basic but beds comfy food well not great but if your not fussy you will be ok and if you like pork 😂😂. I would definitely come back here
Just got back from a 4 day trip to Majorca and stayed in this hotel. Firstly the weather for the first 3 days was terrible so this may have some influence on my review, but will try to be as near as possible with my review. We arrived at approx 9pm and First impressions I immediately thought what the hell is this, the music was so loud you could hardly hear the receptionist trying to speak to us. The receptionist was rather abrupt and just wanted to get rid of us, a quick sign here where's your passport touch here's your keys and there's the lift. We found our room and went in and the room looked clean and tidy which is what you want from a room, the linen and towels were old, thin and frayed but clean. We unpacked and went down to the bar for a drink and check out the hotel. Well, all the drinks were presented in a plastic cup the type you would get at the office water machine, there was no finesse in the presentation of the drinks just slopped in and put on the bar, the barman could not be bothered with any smiles or greetings, and just wanted to join in the singing and the smoking outside leaving queues of people waiting for a drink. there was no designated smoking area so everyone just gathered outside the main entrance to the hotel, which was a problem as the smokers got in the way of people trying to get into the hotel, and the smoke was being blown back into the reception and bar including the awful smell of the other substances which were being smoked. We went to bed for the evening and this is where the fun really started. The walls were so thin everything that was going of both at each side of us and above could be heard clearly by us and I presume others, including the bowel actions, arguments, sexual activity and the persistent all night coughing from our elderly neighbours, all this along with the extremely hard bed needless to say we did not get a very good nights sleep. We went to breakfast on the first morning and to be fair it wasn't that bad, there was something to eat, although the cooked breakfast left something to be desired. The evening meal was not edible, the meat which was being grilled was all bone and fat and tasteless, the vegetables were tinned mixed veg with sprouts added, and the gratin potatoes were full of garlic and just awful, after this we skipped the food and went into town. The hotel was supposed to be adults only but there were children in there, not that this bothered me, but if it say's adults only then it should be. Overall the hotel was not what i would expect from a 3 star hotel, the staff were not very welcoming, but it seemed as though they were not happy in their work. the hotel was kept clean, but it is very tired and is in need of a desperate upgrade. The Doors and windows in the rooms are the old fashioned metal framed which rattle and creek and not very soundproof, this is apparent throughout the hotel which is surprising as it is a music hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a 3 star hotel, i would make it more 0-1 star.
All inclusive drinks were poor, I drunk all day and didnt feel drunk. Some staff were rude, the guy serving the booze by the pool spat everytime he left his Hut, fed local stray cats and left the meat out in the sun until it begun to smell. You get what you pay for.
Me and the girls (party of 4) booked this hotel then read the reviews after. We were expecting the worse. Well.. The rooms were nice, staff we're so so friendly, entertainment. Well we were the entertainment. Dancing every evening. All inclusive so we were alwags able to get food and drinks. The pool was very clean and we saw the pool guy clean it every morning. There were a whole range od ages there which was really nice (19-65) The only thing letting it down was the noisy German men who tried to keep intimating us. Once we told the staff they soon got rid of them and threw them out the hotel. Ua girls love it so much we are going back next year. Dont take any notice of the bad reviews!
Me and friend came here for a 4 night mini break to relax and chill. We arrived at 12.30am and were instantly greeted rather scarily at the door by a group of 50+yr old drunk German men at the front. Cheering and whooping as we exited the taxi. Yes it felt intimidating initially BUT! They helped us with our bags, asked where we were from and gave a 'welcome gift' of 'junk jewellery'. It was funny. The reception guy was pleasant. We checked in swiftly. Went across the road for a couple of beers and drank on the balcony. Yes there is night noise. Yes the rooms are basic with no hairdryer, a bit tired looking with one plug socket but it's adequate. The food isn't that bad. It's Spain! You won't starve. Drinks flow without question and beer is Mahau. Beach is easy to access-beautiful. Lots of bars, food places etc. Not once felt unsafe, out of place or unhappy. And feel a little sorry for the place that it's got such a bad press as we throughly enjoyed what it had to offer. Like some others have said, you get what you pay for. Maybe out of season is the key here....
