Very good breakfast selections. Rooms with nice view and big. Clean but the bathroom need fresh air. Friendly staff. Location ok, waking distance to the center. Big Hotel and I stayed end of season. Have to try it during summer.

Nice location 20 minutes from the city center with a sea view and lots of restaurants near by.The rooms are spacious the bed with a comfortable mattress and the bathroom quite big equipped with everything you might need. The reception staff very rude and ironic as well as very slow.

I cannot recommend this establishment enough. We were on the top floor with incredible views over the Marina. Watching the yachts negotiate their entrance and exit of the marina was delightful. Great serviced provided at check-in and check-out, very professional and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection of organic fat-free and regular food. Good bed quality – I had a very good sleep! The bathrooms are well stocked with quality products and we had a turn down service each evening with chocolates on the pillow. We used the Exec Lounge every day - there is a premium to pay for that but my goodness was it worth it!! And some. Absolutely shamazing!! Would I use this hotel again. Without a doubt. The gym was very clean and had a good selection of equipment. Televisions were in the gym also. We used the pool area. There are approximately 90 beds which we enjoyed the use of very much and at weekends there are no spare beds by lunchtime. The moral of the story is get out of bed earlier!! The location of the hotel is very good, the lobby is big, huge in fact.

very beutiful, comfortable, high class. all workers very friendly, amazing time and vacation! im in love with this hotel!recomend for all! delicious breakfest, really nicr wiew from windows. nice pool area, also every weekend in the hall man playing with piano..:)

Excellent! Incredible views over the Marina if you stay in a room facing hotel's front façade. But great atmosphere and fresh air if you stay at the back of the hotel facing pine woods. Great serviced provided at check-in and check-out. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection of organic fat-free and regular food. Good bed quality – I had a very good sleep!

The location of the hotel is very good, the lobby is big and comfortable, the room is quite big with all the amenities in the bathroom and very clean. The most impressive aspect is the breakfast. It has everything in a very good quality, it is a 5 star hotel level breakfast. The price I think that is very good for what the hotel offers to the visitor. The personnel friendly and willing to help. A good choice if you are planning your trip to Mayorka.

We booked a week bed and breakfast at the hotel. The room we had was nice, but with no view of the harbour, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room was very well serviced all the while we stayed. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit, cooked and continental selections and plenary of tea and coffee. It was buffet style and the staff were very helpful. The situation is great with many of the major attractions within a half an hour walk.

Check in was faultless and friendly. The new lifts are a joy. The pool was a little crowded and could be better organised. Breakfast had large selection and was well st out and was good value. Overall a very pleasent stay

Nice, helpful staff, clean pleasant room (no view, though), they try hard. The location of the hotel is located along the waterfront, with a pleasant restaurant and terrace overlooking the port - that's the good part. Around the side of the hotel, unfortunately, is a sleazy area of grubby bars and discos, and the noise from their customers interferes with sleep all night long. There are restaurants and cafes nearby on the main street, free parking available in the middle of the main street across from the hotel, and it's an easy walk into the old city and the cathedral area.

Room lovely but very noisy outside, had to stay extra three nights, assured would be charged same rate as first two nights and then charged almost double for two nights and a different rate for one of the nights, questioned reception but they did not want to know. Told pool bar open but only found someone working one of the nights of my stay. Over all would not want to stay again, poor staffing.
