Amazing, unforgettable, and really out of the ordinary. The spa with heated outdoor pool and mountain views is one of the best we've ever experienced. The hotel is decorated perfectly and service is impeccable.

One of the best service levels we have ever experienced. Key consideration would be that the hotel is about 700 mtrs from Port the Soller restaurants and harbor. A great stay in Port de Soller - but more a resort with the village within walking distance-

We arrived Friday afternoon which was chilly but sunny, had a lovely sangria and snack by the infinity pool. The sunset was truly spectacular. The next 2 days were rainy but the hotel is so lovely that it was still relaxing, and thankfully we had a gorgeous day on Monday to enjoy. Our room was 8001 (Junior Mountain View Suite) and perfect. It is on a corner so you have the balcony and view from it but also side windows. There is a large bathtub and bathroom area, the bed is extremely comfortable all the amenities were perfect. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was great. The staff and food at Es Fanals are particularly wonderful. It took us a day to figure out the elevator situation but honestly, it's not rocket science. I can't believe so many people complain about it. It's no big deal at all and we were on the top floor near the pool. We'll definitely return when the weather is a bit warmer and sunnier, but we loved our stay nonetheless.

Spent a too quick 4 nights here in March. This is a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views in a stunning location. The hotel offers quality in all that it does, typically Jumeirah infact. We had a sea view suite which sits on the 7th floor. The room , space, bed, bathroom, balcony were all faultless. My only comment would be that the hotel is somewhat disjointed in that you cannot simply take a lift from reception to the 7th floor (or many other floors for that matter). There is a degree of swapping lifts and walking and as the hotel is situated on a hill, anyone with mobility issues would, I suggest, struggle with separate lifts and steep stairs to get around. The same is true of a walk into the port. It is only 10 mins in but it is a steep walk (20 mins back!) They do offer a courtesy shuttle and this is not a complaint from me, it is what it is. The Port is also beautiful with great restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

Jumeirah Port Soller is by far the best Property in Mallorca Island, there is quality in every corner of the Resort. We’ve spent 2 nights right at the beginning of their 2018 season and the only regret we was way too short! Spacious, clean and well appointed bedrooms, fantastic breakfast with selection local products as well as food for any taste. The restaurant also was great for dinner. However the thing we’ve enjoyed the most, it’s the SPA...absolutely marvellous. A special thank you to Jesus, he welcomed us with a big smile, he really made us feeling special and looked after throughout the entire stay...we’ll see you again!

I have just booked to return to this hotel for the third year running. Thank you to Giacomo, who has been incredibly helpful booking our third trip. The views are absolutely stunning, the staff are fantastic, the food superb and the hotel impeccably maintained. The infinity pool is our favourite spot, although the loungers can get a little cramped in the summer. The spa is also very impressive and the rooms well designed. The fresh orange juice is the best I have ever tasted and we travel far and wide! Port soller is a beautiful location with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is small but picturesque. I have recommended to friends who are now also returning and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious escape with amazing views.

We visited the Jumeriah in August with our three Children who were aged 12, 14 & 16. The hotel we immaculately presented and has a great view of the port. The food, service and rooms were also excellent. It is some way from the town centre and built on a cliff so not idea if you are not overly mobile. We had a lovely time however we did struggle with our teenage kids. In my view the hotel is great if you have very young children as their is a kids pool and is great if you are a couple as you can bathe near the Adult pool. Given the ages of our family we were a bit stuck. Understandably the kids pool was chaos and having earned my stripes around many kids pools we opted for relaxing near the adult pool. The rule for the adult pool is twelve years and above so we were just the right side of the hotel policy. My kids are well behaved and I know when they are overstepping the mark but they are still kids and we were constantly been asked to keep the noise down. At the end of the day, we had two rooms and every right to be near the pool but we felt uncomfortable and struggled to relax. This was just our experience and taking this issue to one side, the hotel was fantastic. I would definitely go back with my wife for a long weekend but I am not sure it is ideal for a growing family with teenagers.

We had a fantastic time in the hotel last spring. The view of the mountains and the sea was fabulous and the hotel was a great vantage point for day hikes around Port de Soller. We were overwhelmed by the friendlyness and the unpretentious professionalism of the staff. Breakfast was outstanding and the spa a great area to relax. The room was spacious, very clean and had a great view. Only the bathroom could be a little more separated from the sleeping area. Still, we would give 6 stars if it was possible and we will definitely come back.

This is a remarkable place, set high above Port de Soller on the north coast of Mallorca. Staff and services are superb - as guests correctly expect for the price they're paying. We didn't see any other rooms, but our junior suite with mountain view comes highly recommended. This gave us a huge panorama overlooking the port and the mountains behind. Three restaurants provide a wide variety of dining options at the top of the range. A note of caution is worth mentioning for anyone with mobility problems. The nature of the site means that our room on floor seven was two lifts and a walkway distant from reception, and access to the restaurants mean using more lifts (or staircases). Walking into town (and more importantly back up a steep hill) is a bit of a trek if you don't have a car. A two-way shuttle operates but operating times are not especially user-friendly. Apart from that, we'd be back in a flash if there wasn't still an awful lot more of the world to see.

My wife and I stayed here in September. This is a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you can holiday at your pace. The staff are second to non, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are beautiful well kept and clean, the sea views are amazing. It takes you a couple of days to get to know the room and elevator layout, but once mastered you are on your way. Breakfast is leisurely and there's sufficient choice to please most palates. For evening meal we preferred the Es Fanals Tapas restaurant. The food and service were excellent. We spent most of our time up at the Infinity Pool, tucking into a light lunch and a few drinks.
