We had a fantastic time in the hotel last spring. The view of the mountains and the sea was fabulous and the hotel was a great vantage point for day hikes around Port de Soller. We were overwhelmed by the friendlyness and the unpretentious professionalism of the staff. Breakfast was outstanding and the spa a great area to relax. The room was spacious, very clean and had a great view. Only the bathroom could be a little more separated from the sleeping area. Still, we would give 6 stars if it was possible and we will definitely come back.

This is a remarkable place, set high above Port de Soller on the north coast of Mallorca. Staff and services are superb - as guests correctly expect for the price they're paying. We didn't see any other rooms, but our junior suite with mountain view comes highly recommended. This gave us a huge panorama overlooking the port and the mountains behind. Three restaurants provide a wide variety of dining options at the top of the range. A note of caution is worth mentioning for anyone with mobility problems. The nature of the site means that our room on floor seven was two lifts and a walkway distant from reception, and access to the restaurants mean using more lifts (or staircases). Walking into town (and more importantly back up a steep hill) is a bit of a trek if you don't have a car. A two-way shuttle operates but operating times are not especially user-friendly. Apart from that, we'd be back in a flash if there wasn't still an awful lot more of the world to see.

My wife and I stayed here in September. This is a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you can holiday at your pace. The staff are second to non, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are beautiful well kept and clean, the sea views are amazing. It takes you a couple of days to get to know the room and elevator layout, but once mastered you are on your way. Breakfast is leisurely and there's sufficient choice to please most palates. For evening meal we preferred the Es Fanals Tapas restaurant. The food and service were excellent. We spent most of our time up at the Infinity Pool, tucking into a light lunch and a few drinks.

Stayed at this 1st class hotel twice now and returning next summer, the staff here are lovely can't do enough for you, rooms are big and modern and very clean, food is great not the cheapest place to visit but worth it, lots of restaurants down at the port much cheaper with a great atmosphere.

Great place and location on the cliffs above the port. Would highly recommend. Loved the adults only pool which was quiet and with plenty of availability even in high season Pricey but worth it ! Service fantastic Definitely going back next year as a couple !

Decided to return for a third year, which we combined with a stay in Pollensca. The hotel does not disappoint with excellent service and facilities. We love the sunset bar (Oscar is a star) and lunch on the lower restaurant terrace with the amazing view gets us through 5hr winter every year. Will probably give a miss next year to explore elsewhere, but will be back in 2019 for a long weekend stay. Top tip - pay the extra for a sea view suite with sea facing shower.

Beautiful hotel, incredible views, great food and truly five star service. The turn down service with a packet of dates was a lovely touch. Biggest bath tub ever..! Would love to come back here one day.

This hotel ticked every box for us. The accommodation was new, luxuriously comfortable and spacious. The pools and dining areas had magnificent views. All meals were wonderful quality but we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. With a hire car parked on site, we toured Deia and Valdemossa. We hiked on the most breathtakingly coastal and hillside trails for hours each day. The climate was perfect. The staff could not do enough to make us fell welcome. We'll definitely return. Perfect for families and romantic couples too.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of October and was a memorable experience. This hotel did all the little things right. From wine and chocolates on arrival and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. The staff always greeted us by name and the concierge and valet staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities are fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and had awesome views over the water and lighthouse, including from the bathtub. 2 pools, one an infinity type and a spa for those that like treatments. The breakfast had a large array of choices and the a la carte options were also very good. We ate at the 3 different restaurants each night. Overall a tremendous stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here beautiful hotel in an amazing Setting wonderful staff very relaxing fully recommend ! We felt very spoilt because the staff couldn't do enough for us the views across the harbour were amazing and the sunsets incredible!a,
