Overall the hotel was great. The service was phenomenal and the food good. It has great spa services, e.g. Dry and wet saunas, steam room, jacuzzi, cold pool, pool with different types of jets, four different types of showers, and more. Although the bed were a bit uncomfy compared to other European hotels, the pillows made up for it! It is right on the beach, which is great. The only downside is that if you want a chair.lounged on the beach it is an additional 9 euros per day. The chairs at on the hotel property you need to get up pretty early and claim one if that is what you are into. I used the chairs on the beach for several days just too keep my stuff while I swam and walked along the beach, so I did not have to pay. There is a guy that walks up and down the beach periodically to make people to pay. It is a matter of timing... All in all great place. I would go back. If you want to see or do anything I highly recommend a rental car. I cannot imaging not having one.

I was on a one week rest and relaxation vacation by the ocean. I wanted a no hassle all inclusive package. I am a single male. I found the following. A beautiful hotel by the ocean in Alcudia Mallorca. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was booked with a single room and found it to be facing the street and I wanted to change for an ocean view. They offered to change it but before confirming the change they showed me the room. The Hotel facilities are 1st class, the dinning room and it's selection for breakfast and dinner was very good although their chairs were not comfortable (too leaned back-lounge chair type), interior and exterior pool, a spa, fully manicured grounds, activities and babysitting for kids. The beach is really nice. The beaches are not controlled by the hotel so if you use the existing beach chairs and parasols you will be charged for it at a rate of eur 10.00 per day for 2 people! The hotel is mainly frequented by German guests and a few British ones, so little english spoken here. The clients are mostly couples of all ages and also popular with families. Not a good place for singles. The entertainment provided is mediocre at best. The problems: The beds are too small and hard. They are literally small single beds and two put together to make a double where you fall in-between all the time! No coffee machines in the room (that's europe wide). Bathrooms were clean and modern. In my view this hotel is only a 3 star mainly due to bad bedding.
