I only have one complaint about this lovely hotel and that was the beds. I like a firm mattress, but these are so hard, we woke up every day with a bad back. Hopefully they will get replaced with the refurbishment. On the plus side there were two massage chairs in the foyer, which we needed to use every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean. People keep commenting that it is dated. I couldn't fault anything without scrutinising, the room was lovely! The food was very good. Suitable for all nationalities. Nice mix of nationalities. The entertainment was quite poor. Drinks were of a very good quality. It would have been nice to be able to get plastic bottles of water for the room, but I just went to the supermarket for them. The staff were lovely and friendly. The position is great, we have been to C'an Pastilla before and this in my opinion was the ideal spot. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. All in all, it is a lovely hotel and we absolutely enjoyed our 5 days here. We don't often return to the same hotel, but we would come back here. We had room 124, which was not classed as a sea view room that you had to pay extra for, but we did have a lovely view over the marina and sea.
The hotel was in a prime location with a fabulous seaview although you had to pay extra if you wanted a seaview room. We had a lovely view of a wall. The hotel was a bit dated but it was clean and the food was OK what you'd expect from an all inclusive hotel. The weather wasn't warm enough to sunbathe but looking at the size of the pool I would imagine that in high season you would struggle for a sunbed around it. All the waiting staff were friendly but again I'd think in high season the hotel will become very hectic but overall for a four night break it was completely acceptable.
Me and my girlfriend visited here last July but wouldnt ever return. The food choice is extremely poor and the place only caters for Germans. The pool and pool area is pathetic.location and room view we couldn't fault.
Stayed for 8 nights all inclusive - quick and efficient check in, room was not ready due to the fact our flight was in earlier morning - however we left luggage in storage and were given the all inc bands and went in for lunch, Good choice of food. Good choice of drinks Staff are happy and friendly Rooms are clean and are serviced every day. Situated by the seafront - lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Bus stop a short walk for bus to Palma, Lots of bike hire places near by. Loved it so much - booked to return.
This hotel is in a great location right on the beach and near all amenities. Have stayed in the area many times & this is one of the best. Food is varied but occasionally not so warm. Beds were hard but rooms were in good condition and kept spotless. Water was hot when required and good pressure. The staff were without exception helpful friendly and happy. The clientele, when we stayed, were on the elderly side so location excellent but not a lot to do within the hotel for a young family. We would stay again anytime.
Lovely hotel. A little old but very clean and comfortable. Food was lovely with plenty of choices. There were 4 of us who stayed on all inclusive. The alcohol we good standard. The hotel is in a great location. It's situated right on the beach. Just a short walk to catch the number 15 bus into Palma. The staff are lovely in the restraunt bar and reception. We will return to this hotel again.Great for a short break being so close to the airport.
Have just spent 3 nights here all inclusive, hotel was great better than what we were expecting, food was lovely always something to eat ,staff really friendly,Toni in the restaurant and Juan in the bar really looked after you ,location is amazing right on the front ,bus into Palma €1.50 each ,Palma was great loads to see and do ,taxi from the airport €15 which is a rip off only 5 minutes from the airport,Got the bus back which cost € 5 each so not much difference in price ,Great variety of guests in the hotel, had a great time ,would definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future.

Please note, we visited in October, so it was past the height of the tourist season. We originally booked another nearby hotel, but found the rooms there lacking and unclean when we arrived. We immediately booked another hotel (Las Arenas) and got a refund for the nights not spent in the other hotel. Las Arenas: The hotel has very few down sides and a lot of upsides. - The hotel is a bit dated when it comes to the hallways. - There is a pool, it is clean and usable, but somewhat small and doesn't get all that much sunlight. (But good on a very hot day if you have kids) - It is not in the city center, but more on the outskirts (a problem for some I suppose) + But saying that it is very clean, the rooms are up to date and ours was spacious + The staff are welcoming, competent and professional + The location is amazing. It is right on the main promenade next to the beach. If you walk in a straight line from the front door towards the sea then in around 100 meters you will be in the Mediterranean. + There are 2 busses going directly into Palma city center - one is an express one that takes less than 15min, the other takes a longer route with more stops. I think it was 2euros per person. + The beach is wonderful - clean, sandy, spacious + There are plenty of restaurants around. Some less than 20 meters from the front door (including Italian, German, Spanish, Cuban, etc) + The food in the hotel is amazing. Surprisingly so. We didn't even notice we had booked full-board, but we didn't regret it. On two evening we actually stayed in the hotel to eat dinner, as it was restaurant quality, but in the form of a buffet. Horrible if you are on a diet though. + Our double room was spacious, modern, clean and had a balcony overlooking the pool and out towards the sea. + Finally, a terrific price for what you are getting. I go on vacation abroad around 1-2 times a year and nothing has surprised me more (in a good way) than Las Arenas. Usually I forget my hotel experiences in about a week or so of returning home, but even as I write this review now three months later, the experience is still quite vivid in my mind. Despite recognizing that the hotel has a few drawbacks I can't give it less than a 5/5, as I never wished to change anything while I was there. I truly hope to go back there in a few years
On my 3rd visit to the hotel at the end of October I had a wonderful time yet again. Room was spotless, food was good and staff were all pleasant and helpful. A massive thank you to Juan who worked in the bar as he went well beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. I look forward to returning in the future.
