Visited as part of a group of 16 people on a hen do. There were 4 people to one room and after visited other peoples room felt the one I was in was the worst. I didn't have any curtains to block the light out only a thin netting, 2 mirrors in the bathroom but no other mirror at the dressing area and although all other rooms had a coffee machine, we didn't. I also found the quality of the daily cleaning service very poor, didn't clean used coffee cups or provide more coffee/ milk to replenish what we had used and when requesting this it seemed like we were been a pain. I also expected them to replenish the bottled water however I was told I would have to pay 2 euros for each small bottle. The spa was very basic and no drinks are served to residents after 11pm. The only positive I could come up with was the breakfast spread and fresh omelettes made by the chef on the counter.

We did an extempore trip with my friend to Mallorca for easter. Stayed for 5 nights in Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa - a perfect experience! We had luck with the weather, +20 degrees every day. Great location, food, service - way more than we expected! Short walking distance to downtown Palma, but still had a luxurious "urban oasis" pool area for sun bathing and drinks+lunch. Can definitely recommend!

Nice rooms, friendly service, great terrace for sunbathing, nice breakfast, great fitness facilities for a hotel. The hotel is located in a nice somewhat quiet area. We spent Easter there so not many tourists yet which was really nice :o)

A group of 8 of us enjoyed a few days here. Staff were lovely, very clean, lovely breakfast (although one poor woman was the only staff I saw at Breakfast, an extra staff to help her out maybe would be an idea?). Some of the group enjoyed the Spa facilities. Location was fine, about 30 mins to the centre. All in all a good stay, gracias x The only other point is the safes in the rooms were tempermental!

Perfect stay for 5 nights at Isla d Mallorca. Great breakfast. Great bads. Very clean. Great service everywhere. It is a litle bit to Walk to the center but the walk is safe and takes only 15-20min. Bikes to rent if You Are tired and No force to walk:)). We recommend the hotel any time!!! Thanks for everything.

Had an excellent stay with a group of ladies accommodation was very good rooms clean and well set out Very good location for visiting places staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again

Perfectly comfortable hotel close to town and all amenities. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices, friendly hotel staff very welcoming. Clean and tidy hotel, will definitely stay here again on next visit to Majorca.

This is a lovely place to stay, about 30 mins walk from the main city centre but within walking distance of many nice areas to walk and eat. Also easily accessible from the no 1 bus route to and from the airport, as well as within 5 mins walk of a large supermarket. We had an 8th floor room with an excellent view of the bay and the castle. My daughter especially enjoyed the glass elevator where you can see your journey up. There was building going on but it wasn't too intrusive as we were out most of the time. It was cold when we were there so we didn't try the pool, but apparently there's a pool bar! The free wifi was appreciated though. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the shower and balcony were great. If you want a hotel away from the busy town centre this is the one for you.

This is a nice modern hotel in good position.Ideal for city break but pool maybe small for a week with full summer occupancy. We booked 3 rooms 407,408 and 409 for 4 nights. Very nice but builders renovating other rooms outside balcony which meant it was very noisy on balconies between 9 and 6.Complained and offered other rooms which was fine but decided to stick as not in rooms much.Just a warning if you enjoy afternoon nap.Gym free and Spa worth a visit for 9euro. We took bus from airport 5 euro, good service, Route no 1.Drops off at the port, ask for Auditorium. To get to hotel look for Hotel Costa Azul on harbour road just down from the Auditorium and you can use is either steps to the side or go into the underground car park and take the lift to the top of the steps.Hotel about 400 yards round the corner. Staff at the hotel were very helpful.Small bar in the reception is ideal for coffee or snack ,very cheap. Would use the hotel again for short break

Our first priority is a buffet restaurant, as my husband is vegetarian. This hotel has a very good one with variety of choice and really well cooked food on offer. The staff are really caring and attentive and the chef at the show cooking counter cooks a variety of substantial dishes of meat and fish. Very good value considering restaurant prices on the island. Breakfast finishes and 11.00am and dinner is from 7.30-11.00pm, which is very convenient. Our room was an Executive room and very quiet, as we had requested.. The beds were very comfortable and cosy - important as temperatures were only 10 degrees plus. Its easy to get to the middle of Palma by walking down 2 streets to the seafront and taking a No. 1 bus, which comes every 10 minutes. We did this each morning and walked back through Palma's stunning streets, full of beautiful ancient architecture and wonderful shops. From Plaza de Espana we took the wooden train to Soller one day and on another the train to Manacor, passing Almond blossom trees, peaceful villages and churches and the Sierra Trumuntana mountains, made even more picturesque by snow. Later in the week we took a bus to El Toro, an upmarket yacht harbour where shoals of large fish swim in languid turquoise water. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The heating worked well in our room and altogether we had a very restful holiday. The staff were always cheerful and smiling and, when my husband asked if he could buy a razor as he had forgotten his, a receptionist gave him two without charge. They speak many languages and are well informed. I asked about trips arranged from the hotel and was told about several. If you want a taxi the staff just press a button and one arrives in about 5 minutes. Lastly, we were very glad the hotel does not do all inclusive. From our experience people can become noisy and disruptive when this is offered. This hotel is a real discovery for us and we will re-visit it whenever we can. Well done and a vote of thanks to all staff.
