On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the reception team. We were checked in quickly, and our room was ready. One of the staff assisted with our cases up to the room. We arrived in time for lunch and again greeted by the staff who remembered our previous visit. There was plenty of choice for starters, main, dessert and of course there was cheese and biscuits. You helped yourself to wine, sangria, beer and soft drinks if you were all inclusive. There was a wine list that you could purchase from if you preferred a special wine. The staff cleared the plates away between courses. The staff were always very attentive. In the evening the set up was the same you helped yourself. The chefs were cooking the variety of meats so it was lovely and hot. They would also make a pizza with chosen toppings. At breakfast you could have an omelet of your choice and there was plenty of cooked choices and also cold meat, cheese, rolls, cakes and bread and biscuits. There are too many things to mention but you never left hungry. Our room was a nice size. A lovely view from the balcony we were on the 7th floor. Our room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed daily if needed. The fridge was topped up a couple of times. Weather was changeable a mixture of rain, wind and sun. We joined in with some of the daily entertainments. Pool, ping pong, darts, water polo, Pilates and Coctail making. All in all We had a great holiday and will probably visit may 18 a big thank you to all of the staff not forgetting Olga for making the daily entertainment so much fun hope to see you next year too.
Stayed for four nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was varied and tasty. Rooms cleaned daily, the rest of the hotel immaculate. We had a problem in the bathroom that needed repairing, reported it to reception - issue resolved while we were out by the pool, no inconvenience.
Stayed at the coral playa for a week in October and could not fault this hotel. Weather was great, hotel was clean, friendly and socialable. Our room was on the 6th floor with stunning sea views overlooking magaluf beach. Food was lovely and you would struggle not to find something to eat. My only fault was that the food could have been served hotter. Pool area is lovely again with stunning views over magaluf. We weren't bothered with any noise whatsoever. We read a lot of negative reviews before visiting this hotel, but rest assured could not find fault with this stunning hotel. Yes it may not be suitable for the less mobile due to the location, but it does clearly state this on their web page. Would certainly recommend and Will return again.
This hotel had a beautiful view and lovely food and drink. There is a lift from the pool area down to the beach so you can go down there whenever you’d like. Me and my boyfriend loved the pool area and the snack bar was also great. All the staff were friendly and so helpful. A lovely lady called Olga organised all the activities which were great fun. We would definitely visit again😋
The food service was excellent. Wonderful, hard working staff. The food was very varied, very well presented. Occasionally the food was a little bland, but generally speaking it was outstanding value for the money. Rooms very nice, very clean. Super cleaning staff. Hotel is in really good shape. Wonderfully situated. I have read somecomplaints about the steep hill before the hotel. While this is true, there is also a lift to the beach level which negates this critique. Another complaint I read about was the elevators. That they were old and rickety. The elevators were fine. They were absolutely fine. No complaints about the Hotel. Well done! On the otherhand, there are the security issues outside of the Hotel: After 12 O'clock it is not safe to be on the streets, particularly alone. Without going into details, I had first hand experience with this "Magaluf" problem. That said, I think up until 11 or 12 Midnight it is still not to bad outside. Do not walk around alone as a woman or as a man.
Room was clean and the balcony had a great view. The staff seemed nice but other than that It was a big disappointment. Food was not good at all, entertainment was truly cringy and by no means would we ever class it as 4 star. A very basic 3 star maybe and way way overpriced for what it was.
Stayed for 5 days all inclusive. Cannot fault anything. Beautiful hotel, clean room with sea-view. On a steep hill but great location for walking into Palma Nova or Magaluf. Food good, always plenty to choose from. Staff lovely and very helpful. The weather for October was fabluous. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I must start by saying our room was very nice and our view was great. Although our twin room only had one small pillow on each bed and only one in the wardrobe therefore I had to have a folded up blanket under my pillow for the holiday which the housekeeping saw and just left there when they made the bed not offering another pillow. The staff in the hotel that we came across we very rude, especially in the restaurant. Being half board we paid for our drinks with our evening meal. Only 1 of the 4 nights were we offered a drink and it was very hard to catch someone attention on the other 3. Twice whilst enjoying our meal we went up for something to eat and they had cleared our table by the time we got back making us feel most unwelcome, no apology offered either. On our last day reception informed us that we could go down for breakfast before our coach transfer. When we did the staff didn't acknowledge us and only some bread and a few pastries were on offer which I think is very poor. No yoghurts or fruit. We felt like it was a complete inconvenience us being there. We visited out of season so I can only imagine how they would cope with a full hotel.
I have had an amazing time, food was great, rooms were very clean with great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team Olga Fedoseeva was amazing and she was great and made daily activities very enjoyable as it was very interactive and she encouraged a lot of participants and managed very well. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and i will visit again in the future. Fardin
