Great location near the airport, city centre and beach. Couldn't really ask for more from a holiday. Recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable and worked well for us as a couple who needed decent accommodation in a good location. Didn't have a massive budget but this hotel gave a lot for the price we paid. Staff all nice and breakfast was more than adequate and something to look forward to every morning. Went to the beach rather than the swimming pool but it looked good. We'd use this hotel again.

Recently refurbished so looked good. Especially liked the decor in the dining room area with all the wicker and bamboo type furnishings. And the green plant wall is a fab idea. Room was a bit more basic looking but still nice. Good bed. Clean. Quiet. Pool small but good to cool down in. Sky bar upstairs is nice to use as an alternative. The beach is very close and there is a good choice of cafes and restaurants in the resort if you're room only or just B&B at the hotel like we were. They charge for wifi which is annoying but I know most hotels still do that. Overall we liked the hotel a lot and had a good time.

5 nights at this hotel and had good experience. Half board basis and food was better than we've had at other hotels for similar price. Room clean and new. Small balcony but better than nothing and nice bathroom. Loved the rooftop area and pool and had nice views up there but make sure you get up there early otherwise you'll miss out on getting a sunbed. That's probably the one thing that slightly let it down, but to be honest they've used all the space available so I guess there's not much else the hotel can do. Very near the beach which is lovely. For getting to and from the airport and Palma it's ideal and very quick which was partly why we chose this area. Nice place for a break in the sun.

Well in the photos this hotel looks superb, yes it is modernised & yes it is clean, apart from the Yellow stained bed spread we asked to be changed every day. Our room overlooked what can only be described as a shanty town, old apartment's with tin roofs. The rooms are so small, No real wardrobe only a small hanging space covered by a curtain, No draws to keep underwear/ swimwear etc. Don't pay for a safe 3 euros a day only to be told your code that you cant change is your floor number and room number !! we were 207 so code was 2207 not rocket science for crooks. In the dolls house sized bathroom approx 5ft x 3ft it had a toilet sink & shower, when in the shower you could see into adjacent rooms and rooms higher could see you in the shower or on the loo , and every time you entered the room their was a nasty smell !!! Pools very small with limited sun loungers 12 around the MAIN pool, if you do manage to get even a seat at 8am at the roof terrace pool you were blessed, couples wouldn't sit together, Don't forget your own beach towels as the hotel does not supply them !!! Breakfast was ok not to much choice, However the evening meals were dreadful again no choice no taste, you would expect on a Mediterranean holiday the food would be tasty !!! not the case unfortunately. We were half board but ate out . We asked to be moved but they said they were full. When getting on the coach at Palma Airport we had to wait 1hr before setting off, then when we got to the resort the coach driver dropped us off not at the Hotel, but 2 streets away and told to walk the rest as you cant get a coach down the back streets where the hotel is situated. Do not pay for a sea view as their is not one nor pay for a pool view as you will be over looking the shanty town tin roof accommodation. Staff de motivated and miserable, no people skills and very poor English. Definitely NOT A 4 STAR !! decent 2 may be poor 3 star!!

Arrived at hotel about 11am after NOT waiting for transfer (the coach transfer was waiting for other flights to arrive). In theory a good option until you discover to cannot get into your room til 1400! Left luggage and wandered around until then. When we got our room, it was quite small considering there were 3 of us in the room. It felt like a cell block with only one small window and no balcony. I went to reception to ask for a larger room or one with a balcony, as we were traveling with my teenage stepdaughter and there was no privacy for any of us to get washed/changed. The receptionist was writing something when I approached, then the phone rang and she blanked me to answer the phone! Once she was ready, I explained the situation and she said I would have to come back in morning. We eventually got another room with a tiny balcony overlooking the lower pool. The rooms have no wardobes as such, but just a hanging rail which is too short to hang any dresses, no drawers, a safe ( which you have to pay for but not sure why because the code is the floor number then room number?) hardly any electric sockets( none of which are near a mirror), shower that leaks water all over the floor beacause the doors don't seal. Food is of a good standard, if a bit repetitive! Supposed to be themed nights each night but I'm not sure what the theme was? Was quite astonished that you do not get one drink with your evening meal, not even water unless you pay! The Sky Bar has lovely views but is poorly lit at evenings so be careful not to trip over the steps to the upper pool. The ground floor bar is small with standard prices but you cannot buy a bottle of wine only by the glass ( even though you can buy a bottle in the restaurant) The pools are both tiny and only about 30 sun loungers in total for the whole hotel? There was a sign for Spa but when I went to book a massage, I found that it was only a decked area with a couple of freestanding showers, a cold bucket shower and a walled jet area that didn't even work. It's quite a shame as this could be a lovely little hotel if there were less rooms/ rooms made bigger with balconies, better layouts of rooms. The restaurant could do dining times to facilitate the flow of service ( quite often we could not find a free table and empty serving dishes) sort out the drinks menu and do some offers to encourage the guests to buy and stay at hotel i.e. Happy hour.

Really nice hotel with all the facilities including the two pools, top standards for service, amenities and there is a relaxation spa place where there are outdoor showers and water walls. The location is just as good: a short walking distance from the beach and the night entertainment. Great comments and compliments on the hotel, the room is small but it didnt bother us, bigger than our room back home actually.

Hard to know where to start really. First I will say like me you are reading reviews of this hotel to give you an indication of what to expect or indeed to help you make a decision to book. Please read the bad reviews as everything that has been said I have just been through. As there were more positive reviews than negative I went ahead and booked especially as it was 48 hours before so not a lot of options. I certainly would not have chosen Can Pastilla as it is just too busy and naff but blissfully close to Palma at only 1/2 hour away and 1.50 on bus. As for the hotel took a long time to check in but hey was on holiday and no hurry so all was fine until I entered the room. Couldn't swing a cat in it so small. No room for a bedside table, not as much as a drawer and just a curtain for a small clothes rail and one compartment for non hanging clothes. I did have a balcony overlooking other apartments but at least had the sun from the afternoon. I complained to the receptionist who just smiled and insisted it was a double room, I asked for a kettle as there was no tea or coffee making facilities but told no I would have to ask in the bar for one. Didn't bother, was starting to get the picture. The breakfast was just ok with a surly chef who couldn't cook an omelette, no Im serious, and no fillings like in a normal hotel. One day no toaster and the same every day. Not great. Couple of days later the light pull from the bedroom came off in my hand with the result light couldn't be turned off. Went down to Miss Smiley in reception who when seeing me hold the light pull just laughed and said 'I know, it happens all the time'. When I told her I wouldn't be able to sleep she looked at me like I was an idiot and said to take the card out of the slot, I had to remind her her I would then lose air con so when the penny dropped she sent up the other receptionist. He eventually went through all the fuses until the light turned off but I was left with no light in room or bathroom. It was fixed the next day. The two swimming pools very small and certainly not big enough for the number of rooms they have. They also boast a spa, they don't have one. It basically consists of 2 outdoor showers and a water fall but nice terrace with sun beds and a lot quieter than the pool terraces. But my last 2 days was cordoned off and not accessible. Then the worst thing was the appalling smell after flushing the loo, really made me gag it was so bad, it was still like that when I left. The longer I stayed here the more flustered I became. A great shame as it could be a nice hotel but the rooms are so small just not pleasant and the nerve of wanting 30 euro for wi fi is unreal and not even available in public places. Sorry no way I will be back especially as I think they just don't care so nothing will be fixed. i think the loo smell will be still there in weeks time. Spare yourselves.

Hotel has recently undergone an upgrade & cannot deny on entering main door looks very impressive. Everything is very clean & white if a little clinical. We arrived on an early flight with Jet2 having chosen this resort as it is only 15 mins from Palma airport. Dissappointing to then be left to sit on a coach for almost an hour while we waited while other flights to arrive. On checking in informed we couldn't get into room as check in wasn't till 2pm. As check out is 11am surely hotel does not need 3 hours to service rooms for arriving guests. When we eventually accessed our room first impression it looked nothing like photos on website. Seriously this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! Not even a proper wardrobe a hanging rail with a couple of shelves....no drawer space at all no bedside tables to lay a book etc. Safe at 3 euros a day and a fridge is also in this space which is hidden behind a curtain. Nice bathroom with good walk in shower. Unlike others we had a balcony but we did pay extra for that, we were overlooking pool but no views as hotel is in a built up area. Ground floor pool area has at most 20 sunbeds rooftop pool approx the same so with 156 rooms obviously not enough provision on that front. We stayed half board & found the food good although could be improved by some sort of food labelling or menu as sometimes no idea what you were eating! Location have to say was excellent the beach is at the end of the street. This is where we spent most days ( as I've said above not enough sunbeds at hotel) but at 16.05 euros for two sunbeds & a parasol it does add to your holiday costs. Issue with the drains did not become apparent until halfway through the week but they really need to sort it out had to make sure bathroom door was shut at all times. Air con worked well though & never had long to wait long for a lift.

Very clean hotel, wide choice of meals , staff very good and always there to help you. We will go again. Location down a side street so views restricted. But only a short walk to the beach. Class the hotel as a 4 star when some are rating 5 star.

We booked 3 rooms and travelled as a family. Guy on check in gave us the rooms close to each other thankfully and we dropped our stuff and hit the beach which is less than a minute away. Location turned out to be great as it worked well for us as a group who sometimes wanted to do different things from each other. Palma is minutes away in a taxi, there's a big aquarium down the road and there are numerous bars and cafes and restaurants to keep you busy all around the resort. The hotel itself felt new and was clean and did a great job. Staff were nice and the cleaning staff came in with fresh towels and cleaned around really well. We were room only so didn't eat at the hotel, but the drinks were good and prices were very fair. Great mid-range beach hotel.
