Stayed for a week on half board in July. The food for breakfast and dinner is very good with a lot of choice to suit carnivores, omnivores and veggies alike. Choice of wine is pretty good and the bar drinks are reasonably priced. The outside area around the pool is very nicely maintained and there is plenty of space to lie around on your sun lounger in the shade with cooling breezes coming in off the sea. Alternatively you can walk through the dunes to the beach and park yourself under the umbrellas there. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and have been there in some cases for many years. The only slight criticism I would make is that the rooms are now possibly beginning to look a little dated. This doesn't matter that much in that you don't spend much time in them and everything still worked and was very clean. Just a comment really that they are a little outmoded by newer hotel standards. We stayed in both a suite and in a double room and in retrospect wouldn't spend the extra on a suite as they have interconnecting sliding double doors that open to the lounge part where the extra beds are made up if needed. Would opt for interconnecting double rooms rather than a suite where possible although the suites do have better views of the sea if this is important to you. The kids club seemed very good too - kids seemed to enjoy very much. Would wholly recommend for a relaxing break.

Visited this hotel on Thursday 13th July, the same night we got refused the room we booked in "The Sea Hotel by Grupotel". Explained that we got downgraded to "Grupotel Los Príncipes & Spa" and that our room had bad A/C, we weren't offered dinner and that we weren't happy with the hotel. The blonde lady called Elonata pretended to be understanding and promised to call me 10am the next day to go through my options of upgrading to this hotel. She never called me back. Avoid Grupotel as a whole chain - if you book this hotel then you'll most likely get told they're fully booked and get moved to another hotel part of the same chain, but in a different cheaper area.

I am staying here currently, this hotel is one amazing place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is brilliant and the whole place is clean. Food very good! Welcome worth coming. The beaches are beautiful here on this side of the island, very clean and tidy.

We have been amazed at the warm friendly and exceptional service we have received from the moment we arrived to coming back to our room on the last night to find a personal letter thanking us for our stay and asking us if there was anything else we needed to prepare for our departure. The staff are always willing to help and nothing is too much trouble, Rida being one of many who always had a huge smile on his face. The management are always are around checking everything is OK and this has the feel of a family run business rather than a large hotel group. We had a twin room 2305 overlooking the pool and gardens with balcony, which is a good size with bath and shower. The beds are quite firm which is not good for me but if you ask reception they will provide a very comfortable mattress topper which made the bed one of the best I have ever slept in on holiday. Generally there is good availability of sun beds and umbrellas around the lagoon pools and in the gardens which is quite good because you have the natural shade of the trees. The hotel has a no reserving sun bed policy. They do put out notices regularly but there still a number of arrogant people who put out towels and then don't turn up till 3p.m.!!! There is also a kids play area in the trees before the beach with sun beds. The beds are padded and comfortable. There are also sun beds and straw parasols with their own safe which you can rent for 13.75 euros a day but they are not very comfy. Beach is very kid friendly but there is a bit of seaweed and not very good for snorkelling. The Paraiso restaurant serves breakfast and dinner which is of a high standard with fresh ingredients although a bit repetitive if you are staying for longer than a week. They have a couple of traditional themed nights and have an interesting concept were each night the is a choice of three a la carte main courses to chose from. There is a meat, fish and vegetarian option. If you want to eat healthy you could do this quite easily or alternatively you could feast on the delicious selection of cakes and ice cream its your choice. The pool bistro serves food during the day which you can have in the bistro which overlooks the beach and the gardens or alternatively you can food brought to your sun lounger. The gym is a bit limited for weight training and could do with a bench and a few more weight machines. I did have a head, shoulder and back massage which was excellent. Overall the hotel and grounds are kept in immaculate condition and we have had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday made special by all the wonderful staff.

Our first impressions started well before we reached the hotel. Having got totally lost some twenty mins away I approached a girl wearing a grupotel shirt. Teresa who was out with her son on a day off then proceeded to drive with me following to our hotel. Going out of her way surpasses even the best customer service Check in was the best yet with Sara offering us beer and orange juice along with nibbles. Quick, efficient and informative. Then it was off to our room where we were met with faulty air conditioning Two electricians later we were moved to another room and offered complimentary lunch I felt this was a nice touch Pool spotless and grounds superb. Some days they brought complimentary melon around. Once again a nice touch. Entertainment was good and overall I would say this hotel although slightly dated has a great vibe and this is due to the staff. Always smiling and always helpful. Assistant managaress was always interacting with guests and making guests feel very welcome Did I forget to mention Teresa our darling guide was also the waitress in the restaurant ?

We stayed the last week on May '17. The hotel isn't brand new but you really wouldn't know it from the interior. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Absolutely couldn't fault the place but above all, I have to commend the staff; always professional and all seem to pride themselves on friendly helpfulness. We didn't have evening meals, preferring to go out to one of the many near by restaurants (our personal favourite was Picco, a five minute walk). Alcúdia is about 15 minutes drive away with plenty more eateries. Hotel breakfast was the usual buffet with good selection to suit most tastes.

Good hotel next to the beach in a nature reserve. Located on Alcudia bay which in May was not overcrowded. Had a room in building 2 with a nice view of the fauna. In the same building was the restaurant and the spa. Building 3 faces the sea. Friendly staff. Sun beds with umbrella at the beach need to be paid separately. Beach needs to be cleaned up because of seaweed. The day we were staying the hotel featured a flamenco show. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants and shops are five minutes walking distance. Wifi in the room was weak. Needed to change room key several times as it did not work.

This is our first trip to Majorca and we are so pleased that we stayed at Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa. The hotel is first class but the staff are amazing - especially Stefi, Rafa, Toni, Luchano and Jesus. We are already planning our next visit!

I would say the best service I have ever received. On par if not better than the 5 stars of Dubai. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left we were made to feel like royalty. We didn't want a welcome drink & were told that we'd be kept an eye on so they could treat us to a complimentary drink at a later time. The spa was faultless. Please go prepared for our totally starkers European counterparts though. Takes a bit of getting used too. Breakfast was a feast. A bubbly one with unlimited pink prosecco :) The hotel smelt of Chanel bleu. I really need to know how they do that! Located a little out the way but not being a fan of the town I'd say this is a bonus. The ports quite nice though. Overall, a gem of a place.

I booked this hotel because of the positive reviews written on Trip Advisor & Booking.com, however, in my opinion, it's just ok. Compared to some of the other hotels in this area, it's very dated. I wouldn't stay here again. Everything about the place, from the decor to the staff, is professional, but soulless. My room (1102) was clean and suitably sized for a double, however my balcony overlooked a large lower roof which obscured the view of anything below and was never in direct sunlight. Breakfast was ok, but limited. Usual fare, cooked food, cold meats, fruit, cereal, pastries etc, just not what you would call a spread. Room service was, again, ok, but very expensive, as was the mini bar, but no surprises there. Spaghetti bol, with a green salad (I got a Greek Salad) and a small beer cost €38. As a cyclist, one definite negative, is the cost for using the hotel garage (€40), sold through a third party, based 10 minutes down the road. To be fair, I kept my bike in my room at no extra cost, although I was told on arrival that I couldn't. None of the staff complained when I carried it through reception each morning. Overall my stay was ok.
