From the moment we arrived Jose on reception set the tone for the excellent level of service we could expect during our week. Our room was ready early, it was a fabulous room on the 8th floor overlooking the pool and beach. We were All Inclusive and enjoyed every meal in all the restaurants, our particular favourite was the Pizza restaurant on the ground floor which was open from 10am for late breakfast, changing to snacks from midday to midnight. The Pizzas were stone baked and authentic, it also served hot dogs, burgers, chips and salad. Lina at the pool bar was one of our favourite members of staff, she was very friendly and always appeared to be enjoying her work. The evening entertainment was good, particularly the Motown and Jackson groups. We have stayed at dozens of All Inclusive hotels in Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Dubai and the Caribbean and whilst it might not be as luxurious as some, it offers fantastic value and we would definitely consider returning.

We returned to the America for a second visit at October half term as we'd had such a great holiday previously. We received a bottle of fizz and fruit in our room as a welcome back gift which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Every room has a beautiful sea view. The sunrises and sunsets from the room are brilliant. The beach is one of the best anywhere in Europe. Our room was very clean and modern. The hotel provide a very useful bathroom pack per guest and also a beach bag. The charge for the safe is silly money so we didn't bother and although there is a fridge in the room there is no kettle which would be handy. The beds are really comfortable. The biggest disappointment was our noisy neighbours who left the TV on most of the night, had loud arguments and banged their door. The food was good. The dining room was busy, but not uncomfortably so nor is it noisy. I recommend taking a mug for your tea/coffee at breakfast which saves queuing time. Lunches and dinners provided a good choice and the dishes we liked best were the real Spanish ones. The paella was delicious. The staff worked incredibly hard in the restaurant although there wasn't always someone on the door to meet and greet which there had been last time. The staff in the bar areas were also very hardworking and friendly. Reception were very helpful when I lost an item from the balcony. We didn't feel the need to visit the pizza restaurant as we were on all inclusive and the three meals in the main restaurant were more than enough. The pool area and gardens are clean and we didn't have any trouble finding a sunbed or rocking chair at any time of the day. However we were surprised not to be able to hire a pool towel from reception which is pretty much the norm in 4 star hotels nowadays. The pools are really cold so we did all our swimming in the sea. We went to a couple of the evening entertainments which were ok, but unless you get a seat near the stage the view is obstructed by large pillars. We were happy in the bar area where we met some lovely people. All in all we had another good holiday at the Globales America. Will we go back a third time? Yes, same time next year.

Loved it! Came here for my 40th with my partner, son and our friends and there son, immaculately clean, great shops just 5 mins away one of the best holidays I have had! Beautiful view, love pizzeria lovely rooms lovely beach

Visited hotel during October half term. Clean and friendly staff especially the entertainment staff always seemed helpful and friendly. The dance was a bit draining though hearing the song 3 times a day every day for a week! The pools were good if not a little cold and there were sun beds available although bare in mind it was closing season. Would not like to be there during the summer! Everything is in walking distance. Some standards bars/pubs along with a few restaurants and souvenir shops. Beach was a 5 minute walk down a steep hill but pretty reasonable. The entertainment was good and kept children occupied however there was a rather inappropriate show put on especially when there are 6/7/8 year old children watching. Downfalls - the food was a bit repetitive but was always available. There were pigeons pecking around the pizzeria and flies in the main dining room. Travelled with my 3 month old baby but to get to the pool had to go round the service side of the building as there is no lift or ramp to the pool area from the rear of the hotel. ALSO!!! If you require a kettle for your stay DO NOT rent one! A shop 3 minutes away sells them for cheaper than the hotel rents (23 Euros for the week - 19 Euros in the shop) Rooms were swept daily but weren’t really cleaned IMO and there was a leak from another bathroom into ours and also from the bee-day.

Lovely bright clean hotel. Good choice of food from the lovely hotel although was not filled quick enough for all guests. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean to a lovely beach where sun lounges are available at a price.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are also very good and friendly throughout. The location is fantastic with a 2-3 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach. The rooms are modern and clean and almost all the balconies have a fabulous sea view. The food is perfectly edible but the choice is rather restricted and didn't have the variety that we were used to at other 4 star all inclusive hotels. The entertainment staff are also very good and there seemed to be a thriving kids club as well. Overall, if it wasn't for the food we would definitely return there but we the holiday was great and we got good value for what we paid for it.

We booked a last minute deal here for the October holidays. However, when I saw some of the reviews I was a little worried. They were so wrong! We had a fabulous time! The location was great, right by the beach. It was a busy beach however, but beautiful. You could hire beds, with a small safe (not big enough for a SLR camera btw, just big enough for your phone and wallet) and parasol. Wasn’t cheep at 9euro for just one bed, but it’s the same on most of the beaches there. The pools were an ok size. However, I can imagine it would be quite busy and crowded during the main summer months. We managed to get beds when we wanted them. You just helped yourself from the pile and popped them in a space. The pool bar was nice, some queues, as only 1member of staff serving, but not a long wait. You could also pop along the the Pizzeria, which was open 10am-12 midnight. I thought the food was good. As well as pizza, they had burgers, sausages, pasta, salad and chips. The staff seemed to keep everything reasonably stocked and fresh. The buffet restaurant served decent food. There was not the widest selection I have had at a all inclusive, but I always found something I enjoyed. Yes, there was veal and fish most evenings (as a number of reviewers have mentioned). However, I found these enjoyable. There was always pasta and sauce and a small kids section. The desserts were creamy based pavlova type, mousse, rice etc, but mostly tasty. It was self service for drinks, beer, wind, soft etc. I never found my self waiting long for this. However, I can imagine in the summer months this may be different. They also kept each dish well stocked. There was only one occasion I had to wait a minute to get a particular dish that had just run out. The staff were mostly friendly. Some more thank others. The staff in the restaurant were constants on the go and didn’t really have time to make conversation, so I wouldn’t knock any points off for that. When approached, they were pleasant enough, and did what was requested of them without hesitation and with a smile (usually). I felt the hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The dining room was also pretty clean, even during meals! They attempted to keep the counters, tables and floors free from waste as quickly as they could. The bars and reception area was also clean and tidy. The only thing I would like to highlight was the marble floors. During the day in our walking sandals we had no issues. However, at night, myself and my daughter found the floor very slippy in our evening sandals. I have had my sandals for a couple of years and never experienced such slippyness! It was not just us either. So just be aware! I certainly feel it merits a 4 star. I am quite particular too!

We were in no way disappointed from our stay at this hotel, the hotel is finished to a high standard and kept very clean. In the dining hall there was a vast range of choices on the buffet at each meal, the food was of high quality and was hot/fresh and quickly replaced when in danger of running out. There are a few rules such as you are not allowed to take food/drinks out of the main hall, however with long periods of serving breakfast/lunch and dinner there is no need to leave the room hungry, plus the pizzaria was open from 10-midnight for snack type foods (hot dogs/burgers/chips etc), in addition to the 24 hour access to hot/cold drinks should you require them outside of the bar opening times. The hotel is Y shaped so all rooms appeared to have a sea view, we overlooked the cove with a small beach (not belonging to the hotel) just a 5 minute walk away. There is entertainment provided throughout the day and evening for adults and children. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and assisted us in sorting out and making multiple phone calls on our behalf to be sure of our return transfer to the airport which had not been sent through to the hotel the day before departure (for whatever reason).

A lovely location with stunning views and a very nice hotel in general. Friendly staff particularly the bar staff. What a pleasant surprise to find a hotel with an abundance of sunbeds more than enough to go round. The food was mostly cold although there was a good variety, I found the Pizza/pool food the best place to eat and the food was hot there. I find it odd there are no pool towels but I purchased a couple from a shop 100 meters away for 10 euros so not a problem.

Hotel great food good but boring after 2/3 meals no speciality nights , so was bit disappointed . There is no walks along coast except short bit at hotel. The shopping area is very small and not interesting to visit twice Bus run to palma takes 1hr 10mins but cost £36 for two return .
