We stayed here for a week in October to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were very impressed with this hotel and had a lovely room overlooking the pool. The food was very good and even though I am GF they were able to cater very well for me at breakfast and dinner at night. The hotel is very well located for all amenities and just a short walk from a lovely beach and also a short walk from the Roman centre in Alcudia. The bar was a delight and always service with a smile. The entertainment was very good too and something for everyone to enjoy. We also took advantage of the 3 night dinner offer to dine in the hotel and this was also a great deal. We treated ourselves to a spa session while there which was wonderful. Weather was great we shall definitely be back.

I stayed here for a long weekend during October 2017. Not so much the adults only but the proximity to the harbour and shops attracted me to it. I can honestly say I have had the most relaxing 4 days for a long time. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Arrived early on the Saturday but was able to check-in and had room on the 2nd floor. Also given complimentary glass of champagne. Average size room with balcony overlooking pool. Lovely smart bathroom fixtures. Evening meal and breakfasts can take within stated times. Couldn't fault the food. Something for everyone. Good quality food aswell. Drinks really reasonable within hotel. Basic entertainment most nights in the bar. For Sky Sports and big footie matches call at O'Malley's Irish Bar, 5 mins walk away. Stuck for a snack at lunchtime, visit Lloyd's Chippy for English dishes, baguettes and toasted sarnies. Back to the Alcudia Hotel - hotel was very quiet at night. Very friendly staff and couldn't do enough for you. 5-10 mins walk to shops, supermarkets, etc. Not many pubs within close walking distance though.

I visited the Hotel Alcudia Ten years ago before it become an Adult only compact. Due to this is was looking forward to how it had change after the change to adult only and makeover . I was well impressed by the rooms lovely upgrade with a lovely comfortable bed . As for the shower it was the best one aboard I have had and even better than mine at home with water at right temperature all the way though. The bar and receiption area are very impression . The outside space in amazing and especially looks lovely on a evening with the lights on . The entertainment was mixed . The staff are all lovely, friendly and very helpful .

My husband and I went to this hotel 8-22nd September. On arrival we were offered champagne or fresh orange juice. We then went to our room 325 which was a pool view room. The room was very clean. It had a walk in shower, tv, hairdryer, safe, fridge but no kettle but that did not bother us. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Tuesday was BBQ night. Entertainment was every night but not always to our taste. Staff were very pleasant. Hotel was just a short walk to the beach/ marina / restarants and shops.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach, shops, restaurants and port. We were upgraded to a junior suite, the room was spacious and had a large terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs. The rooms are modern with wooden flooring and the usual amenities inc a fridge. Previous reviews commented that the air con wasn't very good, we had no issues with ours and it worked effectively to keep the room cool. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast, omelettes, eggs and pancakes were cooked to order. It was very busy every morning in the restaurant but we always managed to get a table with no issues. During the day food is available in the bar, reasonably priced sandwiches etc All of the staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Pool area is well maintained, lots of sunbeds however in the mornings many sunbeds on the side of the pool that got the sun first thing were reserved with towels and no one near them for hours. Not an issue really for us as we had sunbeds on our terrace which got the sun all day but not fair on those who did want a sunbed in the sun. Rooms over looking the road have a smaller balcony than the pool view rooms and could be quite noisy This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in during many visits to Spain, can't recommend it highly enough and would definitely return.

My room (337) spoiled what would otherwise have been a very nice trip. Lets start with all the good things about the hotel - excellent location, near the beach, bars and restaurants, and probably less than a 15 minute walk from Alcudia old town. Pool area was good, although lots of upper pool area in shade. Bar prices were pretty good and bar staff very pleasant. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Free access to Spa with small gym, good sauna and steam room, jacuzzi could perhaps have been a little warmer. Wifi free, even in the room and generally a good signal. Large flat screen TV with about 5 English channels. Small fridge in room. Free toiletries in bathroom. Free pool towels. So the only downside was my room!! I had booked a single room but it was obvious from the time I arrived at approx 11.00 pm at night that my room was SMALL and I didn't even unpack that night and next morning asked to be moved to be told I had booked a single. I accepted that but explained that I expected to be able to open both wardrobe doors but no one was hitting foot of bed, how about both balcony doors but no one was hitting wardrobe! Maybe if the room had, had a single bed it wouldn't have seemed so small but no it had a double mattress sitting on what appeared to be a king size frame. I complained for the next three mornings but they would not move me. My booking said that my room should have been 172 sq ft but I calculated (using flip-flops as a measuring tool) that my room including the bathroom was between 120-125 sq ft - a pretty sizable difference!! In addition to the size of the room it was quite noisy as it faced a very busy main road with traffic at all times of the day and night. Finally the walls were quite badly scuffed and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. Unfortunately the weather during my stay was not very good - 3 nice days and 3 poor days and whilst this is not the hotels fault it did mean I spent more time in the room than I would have otherwise done. I would probably return to the hotel if I could be guaranteed that I was not going to be put in the BOX ROOM again!

Our stay in the eix alcudia was very pleasant. Hotel and grounds were very well maintained and regularly cleaned to a high standard. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast provided a wide variety of quality foods. It would be nice to have more of a variety of fresh juices available. The pool area was very calm and appealing to the eye, however, some music would have made more of an atmosphere. Would be great to have had a period of entertainment or activities during the day. Overall a very lovely and enjoyable stay.

Ideally situated, near port and beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, all with balconies, either facing a busy main road, side road's or pool. Food, service and cleanliness excellent. The snack bar serves very reasonably priced food during the day. We were bed and breakfast, but chose the 3 evening meal deal, which was a great offer. Would definitely recommend this Friendly Family run Hotel, especially as it's Adults Only.

This was my third stay in this Hotel and it remains excellent in my view. My booking went through this year and the rooms are clean as is the hotel in general being modern inside with clean lines. Helpful reception staff, the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. Although it is a Buffet style set up the fried eggs are cooked whilst you wait as is an omelette of your choice. Did not try the Hotel food in the evenings as I have favourite places built up with holidaying in the Port for over 20 years.

My wife and I decided to try a holiday in Majorca for the first time. This hotel was in a great location a short walk from the beach and marina. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with decent shower etc. There are two swimming pools and, at this time of year, there were plenty of sunbeds and seats. I would not choose this hotel for nightlife or entertainment. (Not a problem for us.) We decided to opt for Bed and Breakfast only, as we wanted to try various eating places. The buffet breakfast consisted of a huge choice, including fruit, cold meats and cheeses, bacon, sausages etc,, as well as a station cooking fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Also croissants, pain au chocolat, cakes etc. There was a large choice of bars and restaurants, including a number of genuine Spanish ones. Also in the area are a few English bars and Irish pubs (not our choice, but some people like these).
