Popped in on market day and had the menu de dia here For 12.50each we got a ham salad to start choice of grilled hake or pork tenderloin for mains a dessert and bread and very large glass of wine. the waiter was extrememly pleasant and the food was lovely and well presented The courtyard was a nice setting to eat in and we were very happy with the whole experience.
super beautiful room,a bit too dark but a cools spot for the summer season, service and management was super friendlyand helpful even with my super early arrival in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for a short term stay in this area. parking is not too far away and within 5 min
Went in here for lunch to escape the rain. Friendly staff, we both had the shrimp ravioli which was nice and on arrival we were given complementary bread and olives. The price of it was okay considering it's in a prime tourist spot! Would definitely come back again
Very smart inside but we fancied eating in the courtyard which is quite sweet but unfinished. Charming waiters and waitress and prompt service. Delicious tapas - could have done with finger bowl for gorgeous garlic prawns but that is being picky. So - nice meal , but probably won’t go again. Wine not great for the price - I know they need to mark up but the €17.50 Chardonnay was not as good as the one we bought from supermarket at €1.99.
This room was incredible. We stayed in the Eivisssa room. It was on the first floor and had a balcony that opened up to the courtyard. The room was super clean. The bed was magical. I'm 6'2" and I could stretch my legs out in the bathtub. I wish I would have stayed here for a week. It was absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. They had great fruit, bread, and yogurt options. It was very filling and a perfect start to our day. This is a very small hotel as far as number of rooms and it is in the middle of the walled part of the city so it was nice and quiet. You can't drive to the hotel and there isn't any parking in the old town. Make sure that they know your arrival time so someone can unlock the place and get you your room key. At least in the off season they don't have someone there all the time to check you in. 10/10 would stay there again.
We should have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights but we only had 2. In fact, a week before our arrival, the hotel canceled the booking made via "roomsXXL.com" alleging a system error of reservation. In fact, the fault was not due to the roomsXXL but to the hotel that had the reservation for months but had treated it badly. After many exchanges and discussions, the hotel proposed us to stay for the first night in another hotel, not in Alcudia (charming little town) but in Port Alcudia (the close-by low-end resort). This is what was done, and we stayed in a hotel without charm full of tourists full board ... great ... We spent the other two nights at the Hotel Can Pere. But nobody presented excuses for the mistake ... Not very commercial. Anyhow, the hotel Can Pere is charming (only 4 rooms) and very well located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia. The bedrooms was very well decorated. The canopy bed was very good. There is no double glazing which explains the comments on the soundproofing of some editors. The breakfast was good.
Have stayed in this hotel twice. we are returning again in may 2018. Friendly staff rooms are clean and bed comfortable. breakfast is continental with plenty of it. great location in the heart of the old town would highly recommend staying in this hotel.
We stumbled across the restaurant within the old town walls one evening and we weren't disappointed. Set in a cosy courtyard with a superb ambience we had a treat of good food served by friendly and helpful staff......... We will definitely be returning on our next visit. Very enjoyable.
This is a review of the restaurant - haven't stayed here, just eaten. In the heart of the old town lies this gem - it looks like it might be really expensive from its entrance from the old walls, but inside is beautiful restoration restaurant where you can look into the cellar though glass flooring and it opens into the most traditional quaint terrace restaurant - foods great (seafood salad starter is a must). It's small and don't go if you're in a rush...but why rush when you can soak up the wonderful ambiance and enjoy being in a quiet haven for some great food and wine. Staff are fun and professional - just loved it! really great with our 2 year old too, bringing coloured pencils for him to use.
We stayed here for just one night after arriving on the island late and before heading to a resort for six days. The staff were lovely and the room was perfect with a huge bath /shower. We were on the doorstep of great restaurants and enjoyed our time in the Old Town. The only negative was the breakfast - the coffee machine wasn't working and the choice wasn't the greatest.
