The hotel was really nice, we got an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious. The location is great in a less touristy area in the north of the island, the beach is beautiful and not crowded. But the drive to Palma sightseeing, shopping and family attractions like the aquarium and aquapark are at least 45 minutes away. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety of food and the service was excellent. The staff at the hotel is very well trained and efficient. The main pool was well heated. The kids' mini-club was always empty, not so many kids at the hotel in general, which meant our children got all the attention! Overall, we had a great vacation!

Hotel was very good. Located on a beautiful beach, breakfast buffet was fabulous, maids excellent (extra towels provided everyday and bathroon cleaned twice a day), located close to restaurants and night spots but still quiet, excellent view of the bay. Very good spa, indoor pool and hor tub. drawbacks were 1.the lack of proper ventilation in the fitness room,2. charge for use of the in room safe and the local consessionaire charges 8 per day for a sunbed! Hotel should contract for guests to be provided this service without charge
