Stayed for 2 weeks, in this lovely place, enjoyed very relaxing food lovely and staff as well Highly recomended Room very clean and with a lovely balcony, in center of everything.. I really enjoyed One day I defenetly wanna came back there...
The hotel is very good. It's all very clean and the room was a good size with air cooling a small fridge and freezer but the hotel is quite high and the walls on the side are not very tall so you should take extra care especially if you have small children. It's in a nice quiet location with a few shops and a lovely beach just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a good holiday. The food was nice, I am a vegan and they accommodated for me very well and brought out something extra if I couldn't find much to eat but often there were things and they had some lovely fresh salads with beans and lentils and fruit. The drinks were very nice to. You had to pay for Wi-Fi in the room but although it was a bit slow it was usable and quite reliable. The pools were nice and there was a lifeguard on duty during the day. We hope to come back sometime in the future (:
We booked this hotel after spending a week in S'illot the previous year, we booked a 10 night all inclusive break for me and my partner. The hotel is very basic and just starting to show signs of its age, the food was good most of the time I think you could tell when the main chef had his days off. So we did eat out a couple of times which was nice as it breaks the week up, the hotel does have entertainment and the staff are friendly they really do try their best to entertain everyone. They have slush machine for the kids although my partner liked it with her vodka :) There were just about enough sun loungers around the pools for everyone but this was in May so might be different during the peak season. The beach is a five minute walk away and there are loungers with parasols but there is also a for them charge. Pools were very clean. Rooms dated but clean. Good cheap holiday..
Stayed here a few times , very good location not to far from any we’re , food is nice and so is the pool ! It’s not very modern but is cheep and clean ! Friendly staff all ways helpful ! Would go back again
The worst hotel I've ever been in put in a room across the road absolutely rotten settee all ripped blankets on bed falling apart kitchen black with mould kettle full of fur then you walk 356 steps to hotel were you are all inclusive the food I would not serve to a dog the entertainment was non existence and the drink was like drinking bleach this hotel is not worth 1 star it is a pig stye and the food and entertainment is a disaster
Hotel was clean & tidy the food was spot on with plenty of choice. The entertainment staff Fenne & Sito were amazing & worked wonderfully well with both children & adults. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach & shops. The hotel is definitely value for money & deserves its 3 star rating.
Have read many reviews about this hotel before my holiday but would like to say that it was a lovely hotel. It was clean and the pool was very good. The food was plentiful and always a variety for anyone visiting. There was always plenty of salad and meats and always something new every day for example stew or chicken dishes. The daytime entertainment team were great with the children and how they remembered all their names was amazing. Shame it was her last night just before we left as she was amazing with the kids and the kids enjoyed pushing her in the pool on her last day. Was very good to see a lifeguard on duty at the pool as have never had this before on any holiday I have been on. He certainly could do his job as whilst we were there one of the children went within his depth and he was on the ball and jumped in to save the day. Although some of the staff need to smile a bit they were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
Me and my friends went on holiday here and had the best time! There is always entertainment at night to go to and was always drinks available even when we first got there at 3 in the morning we could have some juice. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help especially Diego and Dani. They would talk to us and make us feel very welcome. Was such a good place to visit and definitely would recommend.
The hotel was lovely with amazing views from the apartment balconies. The staff at Gran Playa make the holiday with constant evening entertainment and throughout the day activities so even if you stay just at the hotel, there’s countless entertainment. Staff Dan and Diego made the trip through always being there to help and friendly, especially on my birthday making all staff aware it was my 18th, singing happy birthday and giving me a personalised cocktail. There’s loads to do surrounding Sa Coma like horse riding which is a 5 min walk and it is simple and cheap to get around the island through public buses getting to other nearby towns where we visited caves and various water sports.
We were met by a lovely receptionist called Diego at 3am on our arrival. His English was clear and explained the timing of meals to us and where our room was. The hotel was lovely with a range of activities during the day. At night there was bingo and either karaoke or quiz which was great to make new friends. Overall a great trip!
