Nice Warm welcome Good Resort. We enjoyed our stay over there with family.we have no hesitation to recommend this resort Special thank goes to reservation. Colombo office and Srilankan team in the hotel

I was very sceptical about this as I had been watching the reviews on here for several months and it seemed to be declining? but boy were we in for a suprise!! It's a long haul to get there 3 flights for us, but once we arrived we were immediately treated like royalty! we were met from our flight, and transfered on the speed boat really quickly, we were then greeted on the landing pier by hotel staff with huge smiles on their faces and lovely cold towels to wipe your face and refresh. We then ushered to reception where we were checked in very quickly and efficiently! we were then led to the Sunset restaurant where the specially prepared food for us as we had arrived late at night and missed dinner, we were not hurried in any way and immediately started to relax and enjoy. They then arranged a buggy to take us to our beach villa, when I opened the door i was absolutely gob smacked!! it was beautiful!!, a huge room with huge bed and in immaculate decorative order and we were greeted by a nice complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fresh fruit plus a devine message made from coconut leaves and flowers to say welcome on our bed! The beaches are just amazing, the beautiful crystal clear waters better than a warm bath and absolutely teaming with tropical fish, really comfortable beach beds too! The gardeners etc works like trojans!! they clear the foot paths of fallen leaves and other debris at least twice a day! the whole place is immaculate!! everys ingle person has a smile on their faces, and all say good morning, hello, good evening etc make you feel very welcome! The food was just fantastic, plenty of choice and different every day, always well cooked and hot and to suit every taste! We dined in the Sunset restaurant on 3 separate occassions and sat outside on the deck watching shark and Manta Ray amble by and indian ocean glistening in the moon light it is a truly magical experience! the food is second to none and again we were treated like royalty by KK the manger in there. He was totally professional and looked after our every need totally without fuss as did Ali our waiter in the Banyan. If you read a review on here with less than 4 stars? totally ignore it!! you cant please all the people but the whingers do it for a living or get some kind of kick from it? Constructive observations? well perhaps the jet ski's are a little expensive at $90 for 30 mins? as are some of the trips I think if they trim these down they would have more customers taking them?? I didnt use the jet ski's for this very reason but other wise I would have been on one at least 2/3 times. The night fishing was also good at $40 and suitable for all! Dont take any notice of the negative reviews on here it is totally unfounded whining!! I would definately highly recommend this and we will definately be coming back sometime!

Myself and 2 friends arrived last Saturday, we were warmly greeted and transferred to the island where we were swiftly checked in! From there we found the staff to be brilliant. The managers Amarit and KK (sorry spelling might be incorrect) from the restaurants were incredible, helping to organise a surprise birthday cake and dinner for one of my friends, nothing was too much trouble! and just generally being great! Privy and James from the main bar were lovely and friendly, putting up with our constant requests for drinks and the waiting staff were always smiley and friendly, making evenings more entertaining. The island is beautiful and you can see how the staff take pride in maintaining the resort. Whilst there are renovation works taking place in some parts, there is plenty of place on the beach to avoid the noise. Overall, this is a great 4 star property and I would highly recommend the resort but this mainly due to the level of service from the staff! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable, we miss you already!

We stayed 1st - 9th November 2017 We arrived after an over night flight with AF from NCL via CDG, which was in fact the first ever flight on this new route with AF. When we reached arrivals, we quickly located a member of staff from the speed boat transfer company, we waited about 30 mins for the hotels speed boat to turn up at the marina, our bags were quickly loaded and we were on our way, it takes about 30 mins to get to the hotel, after such a long journey we were greeted with a cold face towel. Checkin: It took about 10 mins to sign a few forms, then we were told to go for lunch at your allocated table for the week in the main restaurant, we headed back to reception to collect our room key. Room: We had a ocean view villa room (205), this room had been recently renovated and was spotless, large, airy and very comfortable, the outside shower was a nice touch. Staff: you can really tell that the hotel lives and breathes service, I was really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we encountered, everyone really does work hard and take their jobs seriously. The gardeners work tirelessly to keep the grounds so lush and beautiful, we take for granted how difficult it must be to keep it all on order given the climate and tropical terrain. Beach and fauna: AMAZING! Sharks, huge sting rays, green turtles, dolphins, lizards, flying foxes, the list goes on... head to Seabreeze restaurant on an evening to see the baby white tip sharks, the bigger ones come in to the marina along with rays if there is food around. All inclusive: If you are staying in the ocean or garden view villas, you can use the beach bar and the main bar for drinks, the main buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are staying in the ocean villas you can use the sea breeze bar and all other bars and restaurant. Drinks: in general they’re pretty good, the larger is Lion, which is Sri Lanka‘s national larger, there as good range of local spirits, the gin and tonic is really nice, both red and white wine is nice given it’s all inclusive. Food: delicious, it was really good quality in both restaurants, it’s probably one of the best hotel buffets I have every had, we didn’t have the same thing offered twice in the week we were there, if you like curry, then you are in for a treat. We decided to upgrade and book one night in one of the ocean villas as treat - as if being in the Maldives was enough... unfortunately we the room we were given was next door to a room that was being renovated, as was the room opposite, so as soon as we entered our new room, all you could hear was banging and drilling, we were going to spend our day in the ocean and on the deck of the villa, but this was noway going to be relaxing, the main reason why we were in the Maldives... so I rang our newly appointed butler and he took around an hour to move us to alternative room, I was really happy to move but as this was our second honeymoon I was still disappointed, so I decided to have a word with the manager, who understood my annoyance. The next morning we had a phone call to advise that we had been given a complementary second night for free, I was really pleased and have to say this was exceptional customer service, we are most certainly very satisfied with this good will gesture. Well done Adaaran Select so such a memorable experience we will most certainly be back! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff really do make it all happen.

We had a great trip to Maldives, mainly because we stayed in this lovely hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were looked after so well, it truly felt like home. The food was great, the rooms were cozy, and the activities etc offered was fantastic. A huge thank you to KK, and Dushi as well for really going out of there way to make us feel welcome and special throughout our stay. We hope to return soon, for a longer stay.

I must say I love Lohis. This is one of my best places on earth. But I am a surfer and there I can always have amazing experiences. The surfing managers Richard and Amy are amazing. Inside and out of the water. But...Watch out! But if you are planning to bring your family to this hotel, watch out. I came here 4 times already and I can say the food and the increment of chinese turists is ruining this hotel. Its a shame. Really a shame. The main restaurant always serve the same type of food, with little variances. You feel you are always at the same bad restaurant everyday. Same bad taste and its not because of lack of ingredients. I can explain. What's the difference of a bad fried tuna or a bad cooked tuna and a tuna sushi? The chef! At this hotel you will always get the easy recipe. Which is ok at first but if you travel so far away and that's the last thing you want. The deserts look very cheap. The bacon look cheap. They never innovate. Everyday the same poor food. Its almost embarassing. The service is trying hard to make it look better. The waiters are great but the food is just terrible. I went to other hotels like Pasta Point or Nyiama and the food there is absolutely amazing. And it doesnt take too much effort. They can say you have other options of restaurants. But when you try it it also looks the same bad food. This hotel is becoming too lazy in my opinion, too overpriced for what they are delivering. And worse: I came there for the first time in 2011. Then, I came again 4 more times. Everytime I noticed more and more chinese people. Nothing against them but the type of chinese you see there are just uneducated, very rude people. I've seen one of them tasting the food and putting the food again in the buffet. They shout. They jump on the queue. I was there 2 weeks ago and was wondering: why those guys came here? Just to spend the whole day playing ping pong and smoking in the lobby? Most of them go there and they don't even know how to swim! They are embarrassing, specially for the people who go there on honey moon. But if you are a surfer like me its still a great place to be. You will have the best crew helping you. You will get amazing pictures of your waves. You just need to bring your food from home and thats fine. Thanks M

We stayed at the ocean villas for a week as a surprise 50 th birthday present for my sister, what an amazing place. Our butler Nilesh looked after us very well & Muaz looked after our villa, such a happy man always a joy to see his smiling face. The staff are brilliant, especially those working in the Breeze & Sunset Restaurant,we were treated like friends & had such a laugh. Two of our party are hard to please but we could not complain, it was sheer bliss. The villas were idyllic & we had a sunset view. The beaches were gorgeous, crystal blue waters & the snorkelling was amazing, My best holiday yet, my only complaint was a week was not long enough, I will be back .

My family with my 4 year old kid had an awesome time at Adaran Hudhuranfushi.Staff is full of smile and so helpful.Spectacular view and lots of things to do.highly recommended for a family trip. Overall it a fantastic stay with these lovely people. Good Luck Guys....... You Guys Are Amazing

Beautiful island.so peaceful. The water is clear and warm we saw reef sharks ,star fish ,sting ray, jelly fish, crabs ,an octopus and many small fish.Water is very shallow you can snorkel every where easily. the beaches are kept clean plenty of sun beds with cushions all over the island and hammocks too. the pool was clean fantastic swim up bar.Shower in a tree is quirky.cocktails yummy.Lohis bar is so different to the rest of the island large double sun beds with shade over looking the surf , many surfers beautiful bar by day and night watching the crashing waves. Staff are excellent. we walked around the Banana Gardens and veg gardens with the gardener whom explained what they were growing. Its very well kept. My husband and children played squash and tennis both courts are in good condition. There is table tennis and pool table in the main bar area which is excellent. We had two rooms, stayed in a beach villa 117/118.Both rooms were clean and had a sunset view. Which I requested as the walk back at night from the main bar and restaurant is in the dark (very natural) and my daughter loves sunsets. Very close walk to the main restaurant, pool and main bar. We had Plenty of food and drink choice Chinese/Indian as all inclusive guests.never got bored of the food was always fresh. My daughter is a fussy eater the chef made her chips. We wanted to upgrade to an ocean villa for a couple of nights but sadly there was no availability. We had a tour with Pravin manager of ocean villas and it is magnificent definitely something for next time. The only change I would suggest the dining hall was very warm sometimes hot more fans or even AC would make it perfect please. The big tip is be prepared the speed boat leaves the island at 4pm/4.30pm and picks up from Male 5pm/5.30pm so if your flight arrival is mid afternoon you have to wait. As we did arrived 3pm waited till 5.30pm for the speed boat. Not a good start as we didn’t know there would be a long wait we thought it would straight away or half hour. You sit and wait on the public benches in the airport.A lot of the five star resorts have AC’d waiting rooms. The only downside the evening entertainment. the couple singing are bad ,her own renditions of famous songs and the same songs every night. Then they have a smoke and beer and put a CD on of their own recordings of their own voices! And it’s every single night. A gorgeous island would recommend and would visit again.

A wonderful 2 weeks in the sun with a quality establishment. The rooms (beach villa) were beautifully presented and right be the sea. The “all inclusive” package was great but the choice of drinks a little limited. No Prosecco and the mixers were lacked fizz. That said, the jewel in the crown was the Sunset Restaurant where the Manager “KK” was outstanding. His staff were attentive but not intrusive and the food presentation excellent. In the main restaurant (Banyan) we were looked after by one of the Captains Ihsan who was tireless in his efforts to look after us. All in all, a great time in Huduranfushi.
