Stayed here for a short break 10th October. Amazing location, the rooms we were spacious, but the down side they overlooked the rubbish bins. Sun bathing area was lovely, the only thing was we went for a coffee in the front bar overlooking the beach and when we came back we had notes on our sunbeds saying you can;t leave towels on beds, I can understand if we had been gone a couple of hours, but this was ridiculous. The hotel was average, no where near as good as the other Melia hotel in torremolinos we go to, We found the air conditioning to cold in the main bar, and the restaurant. The restaurant looked more like a canteen with mixed colored dinning chairs, and staff in t- shirts just wasn;t right. One staff member who was really friendly was Antonio in the pool bar. As we checked out not one member asked if we,d enjoyed our stay,

A beautiful hotel run by lovely people. We stayed for 6 nights last week and everything from check in to check out was spot on. Had a problem with door handle and it was fixed straight away and into a lovely room on the 5th floor with views of the sea, pools and marina, The staff in the restaurant for breakfast each day practically ran everywhere, they were so busy keeping everything ticking over but would stop and get you anything you needed. The staff in the Playa bar and the food there was just fantastic, we had lunch there almost everyday among the very friendly staff. On the day we checked out we could leave our luggage and go to the pool for the day and that evening they gave us a room to have showers and get changed,, and all of this is why we booked it again for next April before we left.

Rooms are large, should have tea and coffee ,the rooms are for two people but there is only one chair to sit at table.WHY. More awareness of elderly people’s needs in bathroom,no stools in bathroom.Better furniture in bedroom

we had a great week again, this must be are 12th stay. The hotel was as good as other times, the rooms are always clean & all staff will do anything to help you. The food is always fresh, in the evening the buffet has a wide selection of salads & hot dishes. This hotel has direct access to the beach and only a short stroll to the Marina so it ideal for family's, couples and groups. I will defiantly be returning next year, Thanks to all the staff.

Great hotel, perfect location , staff very friendly, room was very spacious, only down side was view from balcony overlooking rubbish recycle bins , not a pretty sight .Great pool area lots of sun beds available , love the happy hour , with each bar having different times .

This hotel ticks all the boxes, beautifully presented, very modern...mixed by Ibiza! Very clean in all areas, rooms very spacious and well equipped , our room 1909 (top floor) had a lovely balcony with views of the sea in two directions and the swimming pools. Half board catering was excellent, good quality, varied and plentiful. Entertainment above average especially the fantastic violinist and saxophonist playing with Ibiza Chill mixed by the DJ in the open bar overlooking the sea....fantastic!! The property is perfectly positioned just past the Marina at Benalmadena, lots of lovely beach bars and long walks. Great bus service up on the main road to Torremolinos , Malaga, etc etc. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel......highly recommend.

Loved this hotel right from check-in .... glass of cava while waiting to check-in. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. In October we had entertainment each night and was of a high standard. Good sized pool with plenty of sun beds though don't know if this would be the case in height of season. Both myself and my 15 year old daughter would definitely go back.

Once again an excellent stay at an excellent hotel where the staff cannot to enough for you. Adrian, Salvadore and all of the others are so friendly. The management team cannot do enough to help you. Just an overall great place to be.

We've stayed in this hotel twice before, but the last time was 4.5 years ago and it has changed completely in the interim. Although it was a good hotel before it has had a total refurb. and it is now very stylish and modern. We had a room on floor 7 with a fantastic view to the sea and marina with the mountains on the other side. The room is actually a suite with a seating area plus bedroom and en suite - all very swish with thorough housekeeping each day and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is really tremendous in terms of choice, quality, and quantity and the dining foom staff are very efficient snd friendly. The pool area is also completely updated and although very busy we always managed to get sunbeds. We stayed on a B&B basis at Sol House as there are so many good eating places within easy walking distance and this suited us perfectly. A lovely hotel and we would not hesitate to return in the future. Thanks Sol House!

We spent six nights at this hotel and it was a very reasonable price. Buffet breakfast was included and it was very good. Plenty of variety. We could even have had bucks fizz if we had wanted. The only thing that let the breakfast down was the drinks. Coffee out of a machine and it wasn't great. The room was a nice size, bathroom had a bath and a shower and we had a balcony. The balcony was on the side and we were on the first floor so not much of a view. We did ask for a higher room facing the sea but were told they were fully booked. (We looked on TripAdvisor and there were still rooms available.) The storage in the room wasn't great, not a single drawer. We had to put all our stuff on various shelves. We managed to get a sunbed every day but in the height of the summer I would think you would struggle. Pool was lovely, gym was great for me. It only had one running machine but as I was the only person in there in the afternoons I had the whole gym to myself. The hotel was very clean and things were fixed very quickly. We had a problem with our toilet and it was fixed within the hour. One of the locks on the public toilet was broken and was fixed the same day. Hotel is pretty central and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area. I personally won't go back to this hotel but that is no reflection on the hotel, more that I wouldn't go back to that area of Spain.
