My wife and I stayed here for 4 night on all inclusive basis. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The hotel reception is nice modern. The food is so so. A bit of a hit or a miss long wait at the grill waiting on the chef to ask you what you want the food should be grilling constantly and then on one day when I did receive the chicken it wasn’t cooked through and still pink in the middle. The drinks are good on the all inclusive. Yes the beer comes in small glasses but it heats up quickly so a lot would get wasted. The lifts are pretty slow so would try and get first floor and just use

The rooms are nice and big and the views are beautiful. The food isn’t great, it’s only just warm. The menu is stew based with very cheap cuts of meat. The noodle / pasta bar is strange. You use the dishes on the top of the counter that have already been used. Seems very odd. On the plus side the coffee is lovely!

We was running out of hotel options & was unsure about staying here after reading some reviews. But was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean & in a great location to get around .We was b & b .the breakfast served a purpose .it wasn't the best .but was absolutely fine .We would stay here again

Stayed here on an all inclusive what a mistake Location is great near to the town and the lift to the beach. Everything is noisey especially the staff clearing tables they just throw the cutlery and plates onto a trolley. Bedrooms are clean but the towels were thin and there are no barhrobes There is no hospitality tray so bad luck if you like a cuppa when you wake up. You cannot go to the restaurant and take a drink to your room and there is no room service. You have to pay for WiIFI 5,euros per day to have it in the bedrooms and for the safe 3 euros per day. If you have a car it is 7euros per day to park or search for a parking space on the streets which really is a no go. Food is very poor a 4 star hotel who cannot cook omelettes that really is a joke. Pork pork and more pork seems to be all they can provide. Every evening roast pork and one evening on the grill and hot tray as well major over kill. All main meats seemed to be casserole based and cheap cuts of meat. It semis they go for cheap cuts and this is what we felt about our stay they do the minimum necessary. Drinks are poor who I Ask wants San Miguel in a wine glass and other drinks taste watered down. If like David you do not drink the choice is really bad only drinks from the soda system which are very sweet and not pleasant. When asked for an orange juice and lemonade I was told this was for paying guests only. That about sums up the way they treat you on AL packages Bottled water is not on offer and the tap water tastes appalling. We have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this was very lacking both in service and amenities. Overall very poor and we will not return to this hotel again

Hotel was busy with Judo Club competitors, but they were out during day, all different ages but not noisy. Room was clean and a good size. The cleaners do a good job. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately hot food was a problem, that includes the freshly cooked meat and fish. Microwaves were available though. The indoor pool was heated and with no lifeguard onsite the rules were ignored. The gym was a big letdown, old machines and half of them were out of order (not impressed).

Come here twice a year for short breaks. Can get here door to door from North London in 6 hours with the Torremolinos train station an 8 minute journey from the airport then the hotel a 5 minutes walk. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the food is ok

2nd visit here room very good nice balcony with sea view[508] sun all afternoon ,pool on rooftop heated not very busy, decent choice for breakfast, but sometimes a queue for evening meal which is a buffet.would recommend bed@breakfast as there are plenty of restuarants within 200yds of hotel.

Hotel was very close to beach, shops etc. Reception staff helpful. Dining room a nightmare, food horrendous. Have to queue every evening for dinner, which was not worth queuing for anyway. Like cattle. Have to pay for wifi in room.I wouldnt stay there again if I was to be paid. Not worth 4 stars

Stayed for a few nights in Sept. it was a little break for me and hubby. The hotel is situated in a great place. Not far from the beach. Take the lift to the beach for e1 return. Ask at reception and they will direct you to the lift as it's outside the hotel by the shops. The entrance at the back of the hotel takes you onto a strip of bars. You wouldn't need to travel anywhere else if you didn't want to. We found some lovely little bars just walking around. The food in the bars was good. The hotel is really nice. There's no kettle in the room. Our room was clean and nice. There are toiletries in the bathroom. The pool area is spacious and clean and the roof top pool is great to chill out and look over the sea. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Lots to choose from and the restaurant was big, clean and well staffed. There are lots of shops/cafes near by to stop and have a beer or coffee while watching the world go by. Hotel was great and location fab. We are going to return for a bit longer next time.

as other posters said we arrived mid music festival , hotel attitude to non festival clients brutal, i had a hard chat with em but no joy , i told i booked my stay with no issues as to where i could have a beer during our stay ( no access to pool bar tween 2 and nearly 5 because of music ) anyway no joy now for the first half of the week food and feeding time was POOR place full and food generally luke warm no hot roast generally poorish choice, q's at breki not at lunch big q's at dinner , breki was good enough (no omelettes), drinks mmmmm ok no cava on AI cocktails syrupy yuk . And then the hungry hoards left and the food seemed to improve , room was grand , staff generally not happy people we found , service slow , i am putting our experience down to the fact of a busy busy week for the staff , location great we will probably go back for another go before we right it off, all in all no a bad stay but not a great stay ( we ate out a few times ) twas just the whole music festival could have been better organised or people told when booking that parts were not available at certain times during the day and night, like what we paid for we barred from NOT RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!! o ye one other thing on any place I looked at about this hotel it say's there is a room safe grand I said but nowhere did I see "payable Locally" but when you check in and ask for a safe it's 3 euro a day ???????????
