We were 3 girls staying for a very quick weekend break. We were upgraded to a duplex suit which has 2 floors and its own terrace with sun loungers. Very nice. The staff are very friendly, polite and attentive enough. The hotel is spotless. The view of the beach is gorgeous. The food in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast and lunch were really good. all in all this is a great hotel. Great for couples and friends. its only 15 mins from Malaga airport too, so all very quick.
Lucky enough to stay back at the Vincci Selección Aleysa for the 10th time . As like the time's before you are like family. Sara Gonzalez and her team go out there way to ensure that you have a fantastic stay. A couple of things however this time was lacking : Internet very hit and miss, only seems to work in your room. No welcome bottle of champagne. The chauffeur service must be improved because it's a nightmare trying to find them at the airport. I think that you need to meet somewhere else rather than in the airport arvalls halls because it's far too busy. Just a few small things that I haven't uncounted before. See you all at Christmas. Best wishes. Darren and Louise
Third stay and we still love it! Very nice rooms, WONDERFUL staff, very good restaurant, wonderful views on the beach and the sea. We also enjoyed using the spa area and participating in the morning yoga class. Everything is very well kept and very clean on the hotel premises. And did I mention the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff? Thanks again to them for making our little holiday so enjoyable! Lots of returning guests and it's not surprising. The Costa del Sol almost guarantees good weather. Even when there is some rain, it's not long before the sun is back out. We hope to be back soon!
Everything is top of the range, rooms are 5 start standard and the food is excellent. Could not find a fault , everything was perfect. The staff were polite and overall will definitely recommend and would be returning again.
My wife and i came back to celebrate her birthday. We stayed in our favourite room above the garden rooms which has fantastic views. We ate all our meals here because the food is absolute perfection. All of the staff knew us from our previous visits and made us feel very welcome. Thank you again for an excellent holiday
I have stayed in high-end hotels all over the world, and did not expect to find one of such high quality, so close to home. The hotel is, indeed, boutique, and you shall not be fighting with other guests for space or attention. The level of service surpasses even that of the top hotels in central London. I cannot applaud this hotel enough.
This is a beautiful, modern and very comfortable hotel. You do get what you pay for. Great breakfast at the terrace with the sea in front of you. Spacious rooms with private terraces. Nice spa, gym and bikes at your disposal. The staff are very nice and attentive. There are just over 30 rooms in the hotel, which gives it a really cozy feel. Mind you - the hotel is surrounded by the chaotic touristic infrastructure of Benalmádena, but well, it is hard to find a quiet spot in the middle of Costa del Sol.
We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of April 17. It was our first visit to this location and the Hotel Aleysa. The hotel lived up to our expectations which were influenced by the favourable comments expressed in previous reviews. Rather than repeat again the many positive comments I would just add a few observations that are now unfortunately unusual or disappearing from the current hospitality scene . Check-in on the sofa with a complimentary drink beats standing at a desk conversing with an impersonal receptionist. Breakfast includes, as well as the buffet, a ‘cook to order’ breakfast with an extensive menu. Fresh orange juice squeezed right before your eyes, properly cooked bacon and sausage, optional Nespresso coffee machine. Beautiful view from the dining room, dinner from 7 o’clock pm with complimentary aperitif, meals all inclusive or a la carte. This can be an option at check-in. Sun loungers everywhere including your own individual lounger, space in the bedroom fridge, lifts including lifts from street level to beach. It may be unfair to single out individual staff for mention as all the staff are excellent but I must comment on Juan who greeted us on arrival and ensured our stay was comfortable, a manager in the making. Also the Maitre d Clemente who held court in the dining room. It was a joy to watch a professional applying is art and his interaction with the guests. Our overall impression of the Aleysa was one of a hotel owned and managed by a family and not part of a chain [no offence intended Vincci] such is the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff. Thank you and well done to the manager Ms. Sarah Gonzales and her team who have convinced us to return.
My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night break and whilst we have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Europe this for me offered the best overall experience. We stayed in a duplex suite and whilst all the rooms look lovely we would definitely pay a little extra for the same suite again which offered amazing views from the terrace. The hotel isn't large which for me is a plus but has everything you would need for a relaxing break. You may find bigger amenities in other hotels e.g. gym, pools etc but I think it would be difficult to find anywhere which offers such a consistently excellent standard of service and quality especially the staff who genuinely looked as though they enjoyed their job and took a real interest in their guests. I really cannot praise the hotel highly enough and whilst we make it a habit not to go back to the same place twice, we will definitely make an exception for this hotel and have already recommended it to several friends.
This was our second visit to this hotel and it was even better than before. It is quite outstanding, the rooms are first class as is the service throughout the hotel. The staff are ecellent and nothing is too much for them. It is just the right size of hotel to be able to offer a personal service to all the guests. The food is first class as well and there is something of the menu to suit all tastes. We will definitely be back.
